Highland Renovations

It was a pleasure working with the entire team at Highland Renovations to restore the basement following a failed water heater which flooded the entire basement. Our first contact was with Thom Mandell who developed a proposal for us to submit to our insurance company which proved to be a very challenging experience. Thom was extremely patient working with us and helping us navigate the insurance claim morass. After more than a year of going back and forth with the insurance company we were finally able to proceed with restoring the basement. Thom provided a walk-thru with Adam Callaway, their operations manager, and us to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the scope of work and timeline for the project. Once the project started, Marty and the team punctually arrived every day and put in a full day’s work each day. Since I was out of state, Adam kept me in the loop regarding the project status and shared photos documenting the progress along the way. I appreciated the structure and professionalism of the Highland Renovations team from start to finish. It’s quite obvious that they listen to their clients and provide thoughtful recommendations based on their many years of experience. We couldn’t be happier with the final results of this project and will enjoy this space for years to come. I strongly recommend Highland Renovations and would definitely call upon them for future projects.

We recently completed a significant renovation of our kitchen, living room, and master bathroom with Highland Renovations. Highland Renovations made the experience as painless as possible through their professionalism and ability to meet deadlines. The projects were handled with care from the design process through the final clean-up of the site. Thom handled the business end, and his professionals worked the site on pretty much a daily basis through several months. Our kitchen and bathroom are very modern, and very minimalist design; however, a lot of details made that possible. When we needed custom designed features, Vince was able to work out providing those for us. We highly recommend their business and appreciate what they did for our family.

Co-partner in the company, Dave Salla is the consummate professional. He's honest, knows his business, has integrity, and cares for his customers. Dave paid attention to what we needed and wanted. His knowledgeable crew came into our home each day throughout the project and worked to give us just what we wanted. They were on time, cleaned up each day, and met deadlines. Our kitchen is lovely.
