Mark built our beautiful home in Ladd Park. It was my first experience building, and I'd heard horror stories--meltdowns, bad deals, marriages dissolving...all of it. Working with Mark was the easiest part of the entire process of selling, moving temporarily, and finally moving into our home. He listened to our ideas, translated them beautifully, and the process was painless. As a bonus, he's proven to be "good people" as well. A year later, we love our home, and would recommend Mark without reservation.
