We initially connected with several contractors to discuss a major remodel of our first floor, including kitchen, family room, dining room and half bath and second floor guest bathroom. After meeting with all of them, Kappel Enterprises really stood out. They are family-owned, very friendly, courteous, and professional. They listened to our concerns, ideas, and offered advice. They promptly followed up and always consulted with us, offering their expertise and ideas. Taking sincere interest in our plans and wanting to ensure we would be pleased with the results is what really drove us towards hiring them. Speaking with some of their past clients sealed the deal for us. The entire process was fantastic, and the end results are amazing. Honestly, searching for contractors can be quite intimidating, but after working with this company we have found a company we would not only review with a high rating, but also do business with again. They were organized, timely, helpful and very efficient. They were very respectful in our home as well. Their communication was excellent too. Al actually physically assisted us in not only gathering materials, but helping us design the project overall. We are very pleased with the overall look and quality of the work. Their pricing was super competitive and their work was excellent quality. We will be contacting them again soon to work on some other projects as we budget for them. It was a nice touch that they allowed us to make changes as we went through the process of remodeling and double-checked with us to ensure our vision was coming to life. There were even electrical and constraint issues that they navigated around and helped fix along the way to ensure they were able to stick to the original expected timeline. Thank you very much for your sound quality work and professionalism Al, Mike and Kevin! We look forward to working with you again!!!
