Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling

K&B remodeling recently did two nice bath remodels for us in Cave Creek, AZ with no issues. However, on the 2nd bath update they sent a painter who didn't know what end of the brush to use. He was bad but his work was insignificant to the project as a whole. This was a overlooked symptom of calamities to come. In April of 2024 we hired K&B to update our home's front entry. The project remains an incomplete disaster as they had 2 groups of subcontractors "walk off our job". After some investigation we discovered that K&B was not paying their subcontractors. We subsequently terminated K&B after discovery of supplier non-payment.

Carlos is awesome, he helped me turn my dream project into a reality. He was super communicative, attentive to details and helped me thru the design process, thank you KB and Carlos Mendoza!

Luis Garcia at Kitchen and Bath Remodeling did a great job retexturing the walls in my 1940s home. He was prompt and friendly and worked to get the match just right.

We move a lot and we’ve remodeled three houses now, and you never really know what you’re going to get with different contractors. I chose carefully when picking a contractor for our new home in Scottsdale, and I am so impressed with the excellent quality, consistency and communication we experienced with K + B. The whole team (from administrative to project management to trades) were great to work with. With how overwhelmed the industry is right now, most guys are just trying to get a job done and get onto the next, but we did not ever feel that way with Mike and his team. Everyone paid great attention to detail and made sure we were happy with every part of the job. Mike was our project manager and was so good about staying in touch throughout the project, and while we appreciated all our contractors, Luis was an absolute joy to work with. He handled most of our general work during the remodel and he was AWESOME. Luis’ personality and quality of work was 10 out of 10 and we were so happy to work with him! I know if we have any future projects in AZ, we’ll be hiring K + B again. Thanks to everyone!

We had them install countertops in our kitchen, so I can only comment on that. I was very happy with the service, communication, and quality throughout. Tyson was our project manager and gave us a fair quote, and communicated throughout the project. Part of the material cost of our counters came back as higher than expected and they covered the cost on their own, which was very nice. I would recommend them.

I'm very happy to recommend K & B Remodeling! When I was looking to get certain elements of my master bath, guest bath and kitchen remodeled, I interviewed a lot of different companies to try and find a good fit for me. At the top of my list was finding a company with good reviews that could do the remodel at a fair and resonable cost. K & B Remodeling checked both those boxes! As the remodel went on I found the company to be extremely trustworthy- which is a BIG deal. Any little thing that came up, the crew was on it and took care of it! I am really just blown away by how it turned out. Its even better than I imagined. Tyson was my project manager and he made the experience awesome. The communication was always excellent and I was kept informed throughout the entire process, which was greatly appreciated. Also a special shout out to Doug and Don (Cactus Valley Plumbing) who really went above and beyond on the job to make sure everything looked and worked great. As a special bonus, the crew was literally some of the nicest people I've ever met (is this even possible??) At the end- it was right on budget! I can't believe I had this experience after hearing so many horror stories from others. You know they did a good job when you're looking at the rest of your house trying to figure out what needs to be remodeled next. I'll be calling you guys!

We recently moved to AZ, so we interviewed 8 different contractors when we were looking to remodel our kitchen, master bath & new flooring. This is the largest remodel we have even done, so I wanted to make sure we chose the right company. We found K&B online & are so glad that we went with them! Mike was our contact/project manager & always answered our questions quickly. The sub-contractors were great to work with & usually showed up on time. They put in long hours to get the job done, especially the tile & plumbing crews. The initial estimate was competitive & Mike worked with me to get it where we were comfortable. We ended up going $2800 over our bid estimate at the end mostly due to the flooring & decorative tile we chose. We get so many compliments from everyone who comes by our home. I highly recommend K&B & will definitely use them for future projects.

K&B did a fantastic job on our remodeling project. I just over a month they gutted two bathrooms and a bar area and rebuilt them in contemporary style. They were organized, efficient and cost effective. Burton Mullins was our superintendent and he did a great job of coordinating the various sub contractors and working with my wife in a timely manner to get decisions made and not hold up the process. I will be using them again for our kitchen remodel.

We used K&B Remodeling for several different projects. They removed a fireplace. Removed popcorn ceilings. Remodeled our kitchen. Floors replaced through out the house. New baseboards throughout. We hired Burton, at K&B, to replace old, outdated floor tile; update much of our plumbing (refrigerator ice maker, washing machine, bath/shower faucets); renovate our bathrooms (Turkish travertine showers, quartz countertops, new stone sinks, travertine surround for our Jacuzzi tub, stone mosaic tile decorative frame around the mirrors, frameless shower doors, and other misc work); in the Kitchen they installed a new backsplash, painted and put in our new combination microwave/oven; and they tiled our fireplace with beautiful stack stone and mosaic travertine; fixed those pesky wall and ceiling cracks; painted walls & ceiling and put a fresh coat of paint on our baseboards. We are very happy with the following contractors, who worked on our renovation: Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC; Todd’s Porcelain & Fiberglass Repair & Shower Doors by Traditional Door LLC and, of course Rachael at A World of Tile, Mesa.

This winter we decided to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen. After many bids to do the work we found Mike Petrucelli with K&B and were sold! He guided us from start to finish without fail, he left us with such security and peace of mind the whole way through. He fulfills his promises no doubt!!!

There were NO hidden cost, what they quoted is what we paid and it all came together in the time they had said. They finished up just a few days ago and we couldn't be more over the moon happy with our 2 bathroom remodels. We have had many wonderful complements...They will be remodeling our son's master bathroom. We would use Burton and his team again in a heartbeat.
