Brian called me quickly to set up a time to give me a quote. We set up a day for the work I needed and Brian and Rafael showed up on time. Had a door put in where there wasn't one to a master bath. There was only an archway that was much wider than the door. Door was hung and partial wall framed in. The work was A+. I was very happy with the results. Everything was explained to me and both very professional! I would hire again.

My wife and I were having our master bath completely remodeled, and chose L-Bro for the job. We had it torn down to the studs, a wall removed, the shower enlarged, and plumbing moved from one side of the bathroom to the other. The folks at L-Bro were right on with the estimate and timeframe to get the job done. They were really good at explaining things along the way, and keeping us informed of next steps through the process, along with explaining any potential delays. The end result was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship. It's nice to find someone in this business that still pays close attention to the details. I'd highly recommend them for any remodel that you might be considering!

My wife and I have a second home in Florida. The apartment had an outdated kitchen, which we decided to renovate in the spring of 2019. The prior year, we invited quotes on a complete tear-out and replacement for the kitchen and received bids from several contractors in the area. Leverette Kitchen & Bath’s proposal not only was competitive in price, but promised a complete package for tear-out, new cabinets, installation, and electrical and plumbing. Plus they had their own factory and slab selections of marble counter tops. Because we could not be available during construction for more than a two-week period, Leverette agreed to coordinate construction on a condensed schedule so that we could be on site to deal with any unforeseen issues. Leverette personnel were polite, cooperative and always helpful. The project was completed within the two-week schedule and the installation was the quality result for which we had hoped. The final results speak for themselves. I highly recommend Leverette K&B for your next project.

Brian and his team turned our old kitchen into a beautiful modern masterpiece. Custom cabinets were designed and built to fit the existing cabinet footprint. John the carpenter did an excellent professional job. Harold, electrician, gets thumbs up, as well as his brother with his tile work. Brian’s input, especially with the granite selection, was well appreciated. Issues were resolved to our satisfaction, typically in a timely manor.

Wanted to upgrade existing kitchen countertops. Found a gorgeous piece of granite on site! Someone came to house to measure same day. Installation was the following week. Very courteous and professional service from start to finish. We couldn't be happier.

Overall we were pleased with our kitchen remodel. They were accommodating to most of our special requests. Communication could have been better. Work quality and knowledge of project was good.

So happy that I used this company versus the big box store I was planning to use. I wound up with a beautiful piece of unique granite and couldn’t be happier with the quality of installation. They were able to correct seam issues in my island (not their installation) and I was impressed with the skill and appearance of the finished job. The workers were all courteous, professional and friendly, they helped me pick the slab and used the specific area I wanted. 100% better experience than my trip to HD and better overall price. Could not be happier.

4.5 stars- I am IN LOVE with my kitchen. They did a full renovation of the kitchen and the bathroom fixtures and the difference is night and day. The process was very slow, it was about 2 weeks over the estimated date, which was maddening, but I know it could have been much worse. The design, appearance and quality of work is top-notch. The all-inclusive nature of the business- all plumbing, design, electrical, etc included saved me a world of headache. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the communication was sometimes lacking. I had to be the one to inquire when 2-3 days would go by with no work being done. Also, the toilet was removed prematurely, which resulted in an open drain to the sewer and a cockroach infestation that was a pretty significant issue.

We hired Leverettes for a pretty large home renovation that included a kitchen makeover, approximately 4000 square feet of wood flooring,updating 2 bathrooms and laundry room, remodeling 2 large wall built ins, and a large interior paint job ( it was quite complicated). Like everyone, we wanted to squeeze in as much as possible on a very tight budget. Bryan worked with us closely throughout the project and his workers were very pleasant and professional to work with. Once the project started and we could see the workmanship was quality our list kept growing! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with everything, but my kitchen is stunning. I would totally hire them again and actually have plans to in near future. I feel as though I have made friends with several (owner Bryan included) and yet was able to keep the professionalism. I exceeded my budget but that is because I kept adding on. I went over my deadline, but again, I continued to tack on extra. Living through a remodel is no fun, but the payoff is well worth it. I always felt like they were capable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Bryan truly did his best to keep the mess down to a minimum and to keep our projects moving along. Do yourself a favor... hire Leverettes!!!

Our 30+ year old kitchen was in desperate need of a complete gut and remodel. When we met with Patty, she was able to design our kitchen not only the way we wanted but with ideas we would have never thought of. Chris our project manager was able to coordinate his crew with our schedules and made sure that all jobs were done with perfection and the way we expected. We had walls knocked down and Chris made sure that they closed off the construction area with plastic to keep the dust to a minimum through the rest of our home. Both Patty and Chris returned calls promptly and were professional from beginning to end. Our kitchen not only looks gorgeous but is the highlight of our home.

Leverette just finished our kitchen remodel, and we are thrilled! Debra, who was their designer worked closely with us in the beginning and on and off throughout the project. She had great ideas and worked hard to get our wishes within our budget. She helped through some snags. Kevin, the project manager (or should we call him the Juggler), coordinated our hectic schedules with his busy crew. He returned calls promptly and did trouble shooting when necessary. Every craftsman and worker who had a hand in the remodel was professional and competent. Their prices were fair and competitive. Our kitchen looks gorgeous! Thanks to each of you!

We hired Leverette Home Designs to redesign our kitchen and two bathrooms. Brian Leverette made suggestions as to design, cabinetry and artistic detail for our redesign. The team looked for ways to make the rooms functional and beautiful. The attention to detail was beyond our expectations! We love the way our house looks!

Leverette Home Design Review I have to tell you I give them 5+ Stars! My husband researched them, and their reviews are great, which is the only reason that we decided to do our kitchen while we were still in New York, something I swore I would not do! If you are planning on doing ANY type of renovations, you need to call Leverette, they run a top notch turnkey operation! From our first meeting with Brian we felt very comfortable and at ease undertaking this project from 3,000 miles away. He was very accommodating, meeting us at our home, as we were only in town for a long weekend. He gave us a very reasonable & competitive price that covered all of our must haves and a little extra! He sent us to a granite yard (that also sang his praise) and we found a gorgeous piece that he quickly secured for us (as there was only one slab left). I was in contact with him throughout the project and he was very good with making sure that everything was doubled checked so we had no issues. Lindsey did an amazing job designing the layout and making sure that all the details were taken care of right down to where we wanted out outlet switches and hardware. And I want to thank Lindsey for bringing to our attention a mistake (on our part) that would have made us quite unhappy. I asked them to start on a specific date, as we were on a time schedule, and they were there as promised. Gary was our project manager, and I can’t thank him enough. He always returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. I felt very confident and comfortable with him running the job. I had friends checking for me and they were very impressed with the quality of work and they commented to me that the condo was left immaculate at the end of every work day. Gary made sure that the condo rules were followed and that we stayed on schedule. And YES they did finish on the date promised, which made us very happy. Leverette is big on customer service and making sure that the customer is ALWAYS happy. Pictures were sent to keep us updated, but NOTHING came close to the BREATHTAKING sight that we walked into when we saw our new kitchen. I wish I could give them 10 stars! They went beyond my expectations! If you want to get any renovations done with peace of mind and top quality workmanship, you have to call Leverette Home Design. Leverette recently completed renovating two bathrooms for us - a guest bath and our master bath. The master bath remodel was a complete gut job... walls broken down, plumbing moved, tub taken out and spa shower built. The finished product is absolutely amazing. Leverette does great quality work and at a reasonable price. We initially bid our remodel with 5 contractors. Leverette wasn't the least expensive and they weren't the most expensive but we thought there quote was fair for the work. What we really appreciated was the level of consultativeness the owner, Brian, provided. Selecting tiles and granite is a tough job since there are so many choices. Brian helped point us in the right direction very quickly. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product of both bathrooms. The master bath, however, is an absolute showpiece now! We can't recommend Leverette enough. They have 2 locations - one in Clearwater and one in Hudson (they moved recently from Port Richey).

My 28-year-old house's kitchen was in desperate need of a total gut/design/remodel. Leverette was hired to do the entire job, and they were a joy to work with from the first meeting until the last. Each and every tradesperson who came to my home comported themselves professionally and courteously; they also were highly skilled in each of their crafts/trades. Only a couple of minor delays were encountered due to permitting or ordering issues, but otherwise, each step of the process was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Leverette to anyone needing a one-stop remodeling company!

This is a five star construction company. Highly recommended ! We hired LHDC for several projects at our St Petersburg home. Over the course of one year, the team built a stunning ourdoor kitchen, a custom hard wood family room with wet bar and custom geometric ceiling, an entertainment center with retractable hidden TV, and a bare walls complete kitchen renovation. The quality of service is unmatched. The best words to describe: Accountable and Quality.

Went in to see about granite countertops and was met by Cynthia. She showed us a number of samples in the pattern we had in mind. She was very informative in the products and our needs. We shopped around and came back to Leverette because of the expertise and honesty of the staff. They came out and measured then delivered product in a very reasonable time. Installers where fast but thorough and cleaned up after. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of kitchen or bath renovations.

They completely remodeled our kitchen: tore out the old cabinets, sealed in a doorway, widened our entry way by 6 inches, repaired the walls, installed new electric outlets, new cabinets, granite counter-top, sink, and appliances. The customer service was excellent, I would highly recommend this company.

I am an interior designer and have been working with Leverette Home Design for the past three years. They have provided their services for many of my clients remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms. Leverette's expertise and ability to create a beautiful space is consistently pleasing. They are professional and easy to work with providing a beautiful finished project.

Perfection! All the work from the planning stage, demolition, and construction was flawless. Patty F, our designer, came in with ideas to make our kitchen function and flow with adjoining rooms of the home. We chose a transitional kitchen design leaning toward a European Modern look. Some of Patty's best suggestions were to remove an existing counter to create a direct access to the dining room, and to create a large island where family can eat together facing one another instead of an elbow to elbow eating bar. Patty's expertise and patience gave us the confidence that we had made the best choice for a design and installation company. Everyone who walks into our home wants to know who were the designers, and always remark on the high quality of the cabinets, counter-tops, back-splash, and appliances. This is truly a world class kitchen created by a customer centered world class company!

My first floor was flooded by our water heater, so we decided to upgrade the kitchen while our house was already torn up. We are very glad we did although since we started the planning process after the house was already a mess, we lived with the mess longer than what would be typical. Leverette was recommended by some friends and they did a great job. They did beautiful cabinetry and finish work. Our kitchen presented some unexpected challenges and they were very responsive in dealing with them. Since they do their own cabinet and counter top fabrication, I was able to make several last minute changes as construction progressed. They really treated our kitchen as if it were their own. They stayed exactly on budget except for my change orders and the unexpected issues we uncovered during demolition, and were reasonable in their charges for the changes. They were responsive to my requests for changes and corrective items. The project took longer than I hoped it would but really in the scheme of things not that long.

Our experience working with Leverette Home Design was wonderful. From initial designing guidance to the final build out. Everyone was informative, considerate, and responsive to me. The end result was even better than i had imagined. The personal care and excellent craftsmanship they provided us is truly unique. I love my new kitchen and family room!

We had our master bath and closets remodeled. It was like Brian took my vision from my mind and turned it into a reality. He reconfigured the spaces to accomplish exactly what I wanted. It was so nice to work with someone with whom I could trust the decision making process. If I was unsure of a selection, Brian was always within a text/phone call away. I didn’t have to worry about making a mistake, I knew the materials he chose would work out beautifully and they did. The bathroom was long and narrow and I wanted a break in the long length yet not block the light from the one window. There were two clothes closets and a linen closet which we turned into one huge closet with shelves galore. The workers were very respectful of us and our home. They built a plastic wall around the work area, which limited the intrusion into the rest of our house. If something along the way caused a change of plans, Mitchell, our project manager would just go out and purchase whatever was needed to make the change work without having to take the time to get approval. Leverette was definitely the right choice for us.

The word “professional” is usually used to associate a person or company with a paid occupation or business and, although this applies to Leverette Home Design, the word professional can appropriately be abbreviated to “pro” as the teams from Leverette are exactly that. Leverette Home Design is “pro” in their industry and “pro” by class. From the design process through extensive renovations, the customer always (and I mean always) comes first. There is a sense of priorities and craftsmanship instilled throughout the organization that takes the entire project to the highest of levels, making the customer feel like their project and in this case “my project”, was all that mattered to Leverette Home Design. It was refreshing. With my particular renovation, as much care was taken into protecting the existing environment from dirt and disruption as the project itself. For anyone having gone through small to extensive renovations, the importance of protecting the house and making it livable throughout the process cannot be over emphasized. These guys “get it”. I got five contractor bids. Leverette was the most competitive, the most responsive and understood what I was looking for the best. The owner, Brian Leverette took the time to understand what I was looking for. He provided excellent guidance and suggestions as well as worked with me to bring the job within my budget. I am very pleased. The master bathroom turned out even better than I anticipated. They had people working on-site every day until the job was finished. None of this waiting around hoping someone was going to show up. The cabinets were custom built to accommodate my requirements including unique touches like corner vanity mirrors and trim. My questions and concerns during the build out were handled patiently, responsively and always to my satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations in nearly every area. The tile work in the showers was superb. I look forward to working with them on my next project.
