I just had my kitchen redone by Loyalist Homes Inc. Ryan, Derek and crew did an excellent job. They were so professional and so helpful when I had to make decisions throughout the job. The individual tradesmen were very professional and personable. They were here when the job needed to be done. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I love my new kitchen! I highly recommend Loyalist Homes Inc. for any contracting job.

We have hired Ryan and his team for building our new deck with an enclosed gazebo. The whole process, from arranging our initial meeting through building the deck and up to finishing the whole project, went smoothly. I was quite concerned about the look of our new gazebo and blocked views from our existing sunroom due to the new constructions on the deck. However, Ryan and Jon were creative and resourceful and designed and built something beautiful! It has simply blended with the surroundings. The project was timely completed. The estimated price was fair. Ryan was very responsive to all calls, messages and emails patiently answering all my questions. We were getting updates and photos of the work in progress regularly. We would be more than happy to work with Ryan and his team on our all future projects.

Ryan and Derek are a great team!! Such professionalism and reliability. I have a newer home with many defects and Ryan came out, inspected my issues and the job was done when he promised. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with what had to be done and even did a few extras for me that they noticed to ensure there are no future issues @ no extra charge. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. A simple 5 star review doesn't seem enough. Thanks gentlemen!

We were waiting for our insurance company to provide the necessary remediation to our basement after a flood this past Christmas. Despite repeated queries and follow-ups, the company selected by them STILL has not contacted us. Quite by accident we discovered Loyalist Homes and asked if they could complete the reconstruction of our basement within the constraints of what the insurance company deemed sufficient. Let's just say that Loyalist Homes came through in such a professional manner that my wife and I are able to list our home on schedule. The team assigned to complete the work: - arrived on time each day, - completed the work professionally, - advised us of progress each day and showed us what had been accomplished, - installed the new vinyl plank flooring in the main basement area in one (1) day! (Note: we had a carpeting company install the same vinyl plank in our living room and it took them two and a half days (2.5), - completely leveled the bathroom surface to install new flooring there, - installed all baseboards in a little over a day, - were meticulous and had virtually NO wastage of materials, and - completely cleaned up everything after they were done (vacuumed, damp mopped, etc.) to remove all dust. After everything was completed, one of the business owners dropped by to check on all of the work and ask if we had discovered any deficiencies? A small leak from the installation of the plumbing was addressed and fixed by Ryan when it was shown to him. Overall rating from my wife and me: 10 out of 10. This company is a real joy to work with.

I am one that only composes reviews if they are for something extraordinary. We had Ryan and Derek renovate most of our home a couple of years ago. Pricing- Their pricing is honest and fair. They provide options with transparency so you can feel comfortable and confident in the great service they offer. Dependability- They are open about timelines and communicate with you at every stage of the project. When there is even slight changes you get explanations with alternatives, solutions and clear descriptions. If you are fortunate enough to have Loyalist Homes complete a job for you know that you have lucked out! I do not hesitate to highly recommend these talented contractors. You can see their pride and dedication at every stage. It is as though they are working on their own home.

Ryan and crew did an excellent job residing my house, installing new windows, removing an old deck, upgrading my sunroom, installing a wooden gazebo from Costco, installing new eaves, troughs and downspouts. If I ever need any more work done, Ryan and crew will be the people I trust. They are honest very easy to deal with and if you have a problem, they will rectify it.

We have had Loyalist Homes for a number of jobs including drywalling and finishing our first basement, to multiple large deck additions (two separate houses), and other residential projects. They've always offered great service and been experts in their field, giving us a positive experience from start to finish.
