I can highly recommend Ty. He is careful, thorough and totally reliable. He has done two jobs for me in 2024 and I have been delighted with the results and with his approach to problem solving. You will be in the hands of a capable and honest person when you choose Ty. In my 50 years as a homeowner in 5 states, I have worked with many contractors (I like older homes), and he one of the very best.

Our dated bathroom needed an upgrade and Ty did a superb job for us at a reasonable price. He also replaced framing and drywall after we had a drain and sump pump installed in our basement and he replaced a backyard retaining wall for us. In each case, the whole process including estimates, scheduling, communication, and labor was outstanding. MidAire Group came highly recommended to us by friends and we are very glad to have found a company that can do high quality work on a range of construction projects.

Ty was extremely professional and exceeded all my expectations!!! He took a very old bathroom and remodeled it into a show place. Ty kept me involved and informed every step of the way. His work is high quality with attention to detail. I’ll be using Ty for all my future home renovations!!!

Midaire is the best home improvement and HVAC tech I have worked with in property management. I have used them professionally and would also hire them personally. Ty the owner is very thorough and honest in his work and ethics. If you need any work done he’s the one to call. Affordable but high quality maintenance, carpentry, HVAC, etc. Call him today!

My experience with Ty was delightful. He had a very positive and engaging personality. He arrived on time, preformed my much needed plumbing repair, and promptly finished the job in a "neat and workman like manner." Billing was handled on line. I plan to use him again when the need arises.

We highly recommend Mr Ty. He helped us switch our hvac system 2 years ago from gas to electric. Then we also used his services for several repairs throughout our 70 y.o house. He’s very professional, honest and always going above and beyond to meet our expectations, suggesting improvement ideas and also making us aware of potencial issues. We won’t hesitate to call him for our next project.
