When having work done on my home in the past, I’ve always said things to my friend like: “You know, if contractors and home improvement companies had better customer service skills and reliability, they would have my business for life…”
Little did I know, this company exists… and is a mere two miles from my home! After years of scouring the internet, I am so thrilled to have found the gem that is the Milanese Family & Milanese Remodeling, in my very own back yard.
I had the great pleasure of working with Trish and Jackie in the office, to set up an estimate. In a day or two, Mark came out to our home and quickly surveyed our needs, and drew up a quote on the spot. It was more than fair in price, and EXACTLY what we needed. I had a million questions, some technical, some aesthetic/creative, some hypothetical, and some even were admittedly a little crazy (because I love to over-think all the “what if’s”!). Mark patiently listened to our inquiries and offered professional and personalized answers, which gave us comfort and confidence in our purchase decision.
Do you know what makes a good salesperson? One who gets to know his or her customer, their needs, and then showcases the product they truly believe will satisfy their customer for years to come. There were so many window options, some less expensive and some more expensive than what Mark recommended for OUR needs. The product he recommended (which we ended up choosing) is a remarkable fit for us and our home.
Financing was a snap, thanks again to Trish & Jackie. Getting to know the Milanese Family was a pleasure, and professionalism and craftsmanship cannot be ignored. Our windows came in early, and Trish emailed to see if we’d like to get started early on the installation. Running ahead of schedule? …WOW!
I would be remised if I didn’t speak to the talented installation crew that began and finished the whole project in fewer than two days! Our home was treated with respect and care. The crew was courteous and professional. When I requested to keep my old windows for craft projects, the workers even stacked them neatly in my back yard.
As if this wasn’t good enough? Our new windows have a lifetime warranty. AND, as our new windows were installed in the middle of August, we immediately noticed that our house was MUCH cooler. I expected to notice a slight difference, but the efficiency we’re experiencing is off the charts.
