Overall had a very pleasant experience dealing with Amir. We contracted him to install a louvered pergola in our backyard. He went over our options and offered a high quality European product that we weren’t aware of, for a price comparable to the domestic product. His quote included the permits, engineering work and installation. The final product was everything promised and more and we are very happy with it. His workers paid attention to details and were keen to remedy any naturally occurring imperfections due to gaps with the outside wall or uneven stucco of the house exterior. They caulked and covered the gaps in a seamless way that integrated very nicely with the pergola. Sometime later, I accidentally reset the remote control for the pergola, when I called Amir, he showed up with his workers to help reprogram the unit and perform some touchups that I requested of him. He stood by his work even after receiving his payment in full, which reflect integrity and professionalism. I’d gladly recommend his business.

Best home remodeling company I have ever worked with! I tend to be very picky with my requests for my home so I triple check everything, but when it comes to the jobs that modern creation did for me, i have to say I saw no flaws whatsoever. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was referred to them by a friend to purchase shutters and have them installed in my bedrooms and I am truly happy I put my trust in them! I am definitely doing more work with them and I will be referred all my friends and family as well. Thank you modern creation for all the quality work!

I would highly recommend Amir and his team at Modern Creation for any project in your house. We met Amir when he came by to place a bid for our kitchen renovation. He was extremely polite and courteous. But more importantly, he was competent and answered all our questions. His bid was fair and reasonable. Even though our project was not very large, he ensured that our project was prioritized and completed in a timely manner. The people on his team are very well trained, respectful and knowledgeable. The advice we got at each step (from the layout of the countertop, to the color of the grout and everything in between) was crucial and ensured that the end result looked exactly as I imagined, if not better. We were stuck in a bad contract with a company that didn’t have the product we wanted in stock. Amir helped us resolve the issue and finish our project. If it wasn’t for Amir, we might still be living in a house with a gutted kitchen. We will always be grateful for Amir, not just for doing his job so well, but for finishing up someone else’s job as well. My husband and I are very, very particular. We wanted the tiles laid out in a very specific pattern, we wanted the bottom of the sub top to be perfectly smooth and the veins of the countertop to match perfectly. None of these asks were too much for Amir and his team. Their goal was for us to be happy with the finished project. And boy did they achieve that! I love to cook and bake and now I love it even more in my fab new kitchen.

We called Modern Creation to replace our old AC and furnace. We had asbestos ducts in our attic which needed to be replaced before we could replace our AC system. Amir helped us through each step of the process and was available to answer all of our questions. Everything was complete in 3 days and the entire process was quick and easy. Highly recommend for any renovation or upgrade on your home. We will be using them again for future projects.

My wife and I called Modern Creation to help us with a complete remodel of our kitchen after reaching out to a few other contractors. We were lucky to have worked with them, and cannot thank Amir enough for the amazing design and superb quality. Amir and his team are very professional, always on time, and when they say quality, they truly mean it. Modern Creation recently completed a bathroom & laundry room renovation for us, and we are thrilled with the results! I was introduced to Amir from Modern Creation through the Houzz concierge service and also got bids from 2 other companies, but ultimately decided to work with Modern Creation because of Amir's professionalism on the first call and his quick follow-through on the estimate. From the first meeting with Amir to the last day of the project, he and his team were incredibly professional. They showed up on time (or early) each day and even worked late in order to complete tasks on time, as promised. They were very detail-oriented and responsive when we asked for certain things to be touched up. Amir was very patient with all of my questions throughout the process and shared his opinions with me and gave suggestions when needed, but was never pushy with recommendations. We moved into our house about 9 months ago and worked with a lot of various contractors before moving in, and I've had some good experiences and some bad, but I would say that my experience with the Modern Creation team was excellent and I would not hesitate to work with them again (and, in fact, we are already planning our next reno and will definitely be reaching out to them again soon!).

Amir is dedicated to excellence, craftsmanship, customer service, and devising creative solutions. After evaluating a number of vendors, we hired Amir to build a louvered patio structure for our yard. We had some tough design issues to solve as we were trying to mount a massive swing bed to the structure. Amir worked on a number of designs for us and came up with the idea of constructing a steel frame to which the louvered system would mount. The steel frame would minimize the number of posts required and have the structural strength to hold both the swing bed and patio cover. He also did custom colors for us so we could match the steel frame to the aluminum patio structure. Amir visited our yard a number of times to measure, check on progress, and communicated constantly with our yard contractor. The system was delivered ahead of time and Amir and his team got installed in three days. He followed up and took care of minor issues. His service through this process has been impeccable and we feel very secure that he will be there to service any issues that may arise with the system. Amir and his crew were extremely polite, cleaned up each day when the job was done, and made sure we were 100% satisfied before wrapping up the project. Amir also offered a number of ideas as he walked through the yard, which has enhanced the overall project. Amir understands everything about construction and there's no issue too small for him to solve. He's incredibly smart and dedicated to his craft. You should be rest assured you'll be in good hands with him and his team. He's our go to for any future home improvement projects. After 18 months of having to micromanage every aspect of my previous GC's responsibilities, I've come to realize and appreciate true value and service. Modern Creation spearheaded my entire custom project and development with on-time scheduling, immediate communication and complete transparency. Amir and his team are indeed a unicorn in this industry and now I have complete guidance for all my future home projects.

A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.
