My experience with Craig and his team has been wonderful. While juggling multiple priorities and time sensitive tasks, Craig is able to remain calm and focused and is able to pivot quickly when required. His professionalism is great and his "nothing is a problem" attitude is a joy and is much appreciated.

I had a very strange staircase gap in my front hall, Craig came by and we worked out the best way to fix it. He ensured that it was fixed quickly and his team was great at brainstorming some weird stuff that came up as we worked on the project!

I can't say enough about how professional Craig and his team are! He was very responsive and let us know exactly what was happening each step of the way. As you know, things come up in construction. Craig is a creative problem solver and his team does the job right. They were meticulous with the drywall finishing. He framed out and drywalled a small washroom for our shop, but he took the time and care just as if it were a brand new home build. The only reason I would use another contractor is if the work was outside the scope of what Northbear Contracting does, which isn't much. You will not have a bad experience with these guys. You'll know exactly what I'm talking about as soon as you meet Craig on site. The materials for our job were not delivered on Friday afternoon due to a truck problem with the supplier. What happened? Craig retrieved the material himself Monday morning in plenty of time for his guys to start first thing. Craig doesn't make excuses. He makes it happen. It's also very evident that this is the culture within his organization. The crew is tops.
