I can't more highly recommend NPC contracting services. We had our bathroom renovated to include an accessible shower and they were exceptional in their responsiveness, adaptability, and accommodating of our questions. The crew was punctual, respectful and tidy. Nathaniel went above and beyond in the extra details to provide a beautiful finished product. He even helped us out with certain parts of the project we were struggling to complete on our own. His knowledge of his trade, the breadth of his experience, and his willingness to discuss details of the work with us were both reassuring and helpful. The company as a whole was a pleasure to work with and we are grateful for our new beautiful space and such a positive experience.

Amazing team of individuals. Very very hardworking, detail oriented and thorough in their work. Craftsmanship is superior. They delivered on time and as promised, while going above and beyond in the delivery from bringing in a cleaning crew to clean before the big unveil, repairing some of our furniture items without us even asking and repairing our front stone step that was cracked are just a few of the many very appreciated extras that left us very happy in the end. Their utmost care and passion for their work is evident in all areas. Solid, trustworthy individuals like Natanael and his Team is rare, especially in the contracting world, from our experiences. They were always on time to the job and diligently working throughout the time they were here each day. As a result of covid and the scope of our project, Natanael was very accommodating and would update us daily (multiple times per day when needed), while also walking us through the details over video conference, so we could see first hand what we were speaking of and discuss options/strategies of approach to consider. He was always able to provide multiple avenues of approach/design which was helpful. We were able to strategize very well together on how we move forward through each stage or challenge of the Reno. They had our backs when things went south post Reno. The whole Team was there to support us, all while helping us navigate through the challenges post Reno. They came back multiple times after the Reno was completed to help us with odds and ends. This left us with a Reno job completed to perfection. We're very thankful to have found the NPC family of contractors and would highly recommend them for any Reno that you are looking to do. We had NPC renovate our three bathrooms and install pot lights on our main floor. We sourced out a couple of quotes but decided to go with NPC. The deciding factor in hiring NPC for the job was because of our first meeting with Natanael. During our initial walk-through, he listened and pointed out ideas and gave advice in terms of how to approach the renovation. He was just overall very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. As the job progressed, any concerns I had were addressed promptly. Natanael was extremely responsive and did what was necessary to ensure we were happy. His team was always friendly and polite, and ensured the areas were as tidy as possible. This was our first time doing a renovation in our home and NPC made the overall experience as seamless as it can be. Thank you Natanael and the NPC Team - we absolutely love the work!

We booked and appointment with Natanael from NPC Building looking for ideas on how to reconfigure our oddly main and 2nd floor. Natanael not only showed up on time to our meeting but spent more than the panned time with us suggesting different ideas. We started the project a month after and I was scared at the beginning since my experience doing renovations was close to none. Even though we weren’t living in the house through the reno process, the crew left the house clean every day. I must confess that Natanael and his tradesmen are artist and definitely the best at what they do, their attention to detail is above and beyond. There were some unforeseen challenges during the renovation but they were all dealt with quickly. Communication was excellent at all times either by email, texts or phone call. I highly recommend NPC not only for the quality of their job that they deliver but also for the pleasant experience that we had working with a team that really takes the time to do it right

We recently purchased a 25 year old house and we hired Natanael and his crew to build a new laundry/mudroom, 2 new bathrooms and renovate the basement. We are so happy we chose them as it has been a pleasure working with his crew. We were impressed with their workmanship but most of all we really appreciated their positive attitude throughout the project. Toni, Juan, Prospero and Alexis make a great team and all of them are very willing to help and go the extra mile. Natanael was always available and attentive. I have used NPC building and renovations on three occasions and have consistently impressed with Natanael and his crew. Natanael and his crew are very approachable, patient, meticulous in their work and will give you honest budget and timeline for your project. When renovating my home, he was very patient with me which I appreciated. It took me a long time to make up my mind on design and interior finishes. Natanael spent hours with me helping me decide what the best course choice would be for my style and helped review the pros and cons of my choices. I never felt pressured or rushed to decide and was encouraged to take my time to find the best choice for me. During the renovation, the crew was always courteous and clean always keeping the house as tidy as possible. I was always kept informed of progress and informed of potential issues before they may have arisen. The quality of the workmanship was incredibly and have had many compliments on the work. After he completed my house I hired NPC building and renovation for my office renovation which was a large undertaking. Natanael and his crew maintained the same qualities discussed above and went above and beyond to ensure my project was even better than I envisioned. In particular, I was impressed how he handled the city inspector, who visited many times, and ensured NPCs work exceeded city requirements which is a huge relief for any business owner. I will continue to use NPC renovations and have referred to friends who have been just as thrilled as me. Natanael and his crew are people you can trust with your renovation which is a characteristic that is not common in this business. I highly recommend NPC renovations to anyone seeking residential or commercial building or renovation.

As an architect is difficult to find a contractor that pay attention to details, with NPC renovation this is not the case. Highly recommended this company is always on top of everything including consultants.

Bath Room Reno We had a very bad leak in our shower . the frame at the bottom was rotted . We found Nateneal from a website . he was professional and his price for the job was reasonable. His approach was professional we got the estimate and signed a contract with specific dates for him to start the job. He kept to his time and the schedule , was helpful offering suggestions when we were unsure of what we wanted . Our shower was renovated on time and within budget. The team working ensured that the space was clean at the end of every day . Natanael work was insured and guaranteed for a year. I recommend him for his professionalism and timeliness.

I'm giving Natanael and his crew a perfect five stars because they exceeded my expectations in almost every way. Natanael is a true professional who clearly loves his work and sets an extremely high standard for himself and his workers. He is one of the few contractors I've worked with who demanded more of himself and his workers than even me. I had a complex job which involved custom woodwork, remodeling a study, and reconfiguring a bathroom. I am a professor and writer and I wanted a book shelf system that would not only look nice, but also be very functional and efficient. Peter, who did the woodwork, was excellent. He and Natanael listened to my ideal study ideas and made them a reality. I want to emphasize that Natanael really knows every aspect of construction and renovation work. If he's not satisfied with the way something turns out, he can actually fix it himself. Natanael has great ideas but is never pushy. He saved us from making a few design mistakes even while following our basic vision. He also has an impeccable memory. If you discuss something and he promises to do it, he will. I can't say enough good things about NPC, but I would add that Natanael and his workers were extremely pleasant to work with. We had some good conversations, but they were serious about getting the work done on time. I was told our job would take 4-5 weeks. It took 4 and our cost was as estimated with no extra charges. We now have a beautiful new study with an enlarged and very nice looking bathroom. I guess the best evidence that I was completely satisfied is that my wife and I have just signed another contract with NPC to do another bathroom renovation for us

I've worked with Natico and the NPC team on various projects, both residential and commercial. As a designer, it's great to have a construction specialties team that is a) always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything looks exactly as the concept was intended and b) completely easy to work with! NPC is experienced, has a great, positive attitude (which makes stressful job sites much less stressful) and provides a beautiful end-result with high-quality craftsmanship and building materials alike.
