Otto Construction just completed a very large and complicated multiple deck renovation on our home. We are absolutely thrilled with the end product. Like most renovations, the job had its fair share of surprises and issues to resolve. James O. and all of the Otto employees were always professional, positive and solution focused. The quality of their work is excellent. We look forward to working with them again when we do interior renovations.

I have been working with Tony and James on projects this year and I an excited to work with a contractor who shares the same values and attention to detail. They do an outstanding job for their clients.

I hired Otto construction to repair my house due to tornado and tree damage. My point of contact was James O. who was instrumental when it came to dealing with insurance claims and project costs. His knowledge and patience left me very confident in his ability to complete this project within budget. Their workmanship is spot on and we're able to match existing construction/architecture. I would highly recommend this construction company due to their knowledge, professionalism and workmanship. It was a pleasure doing business with this team of experts.

We hired Otto Construction to do a remodel of our Condo unit. The project included removing the old shower and fireplace and included electrical, rebuilding the fireplace, complete remodel of Master Bath and kitchen. In addition the entire unit and cabinets were painted. We were provided a detail estimate of the project and the project was started on schedule and completed within the time estimated. We were provided invoices that showed where we stood in relation to the budget. All changes to the plan were made and the budget revision was agreed to. We were completely satisfied with the work and the job that was done. We do not live close to the condo and having someone that we found we could trust to get the job done was great. We were sent photos of the progress at regular intervals and had contact with the project manager throughout the project. Any concerns were addressed promptly and handled correctly. We would definitely do business with Otto Construction again.

We chose Otto construction because the people who did the inspection on our home said he did a great job. We have not been disappointed. Tony and his staff have been easy to work with and always answered any concern or question in a timely manner. When they said they would be there to work, they were there, and always pleasant and courteous.. Although this home was our "dream home at the lake", it did need considerable repairs and updates. Otto Construction has done insurance and non insurance work on our property. We love it. The work is professional, expert quality and on target with proposal estimates. Great to work with. My wife and I are thinking up new projects for them to tackle in the future.

Otto Construction is an ambitious, creative and customer focused team. Our project required the creation of our Forever Retirement Home that was not a cookie cutter home. It was a custom "Rustic Home" from the foundation up. Our home incorporated special features such as stone, reclaimed wood & tin, vintage furniture, vintage sinks & bathtubs and custom vintage lighting. I am the Vice President of Farm & Factory Interiors and our goal is to incorporate vintage furniture and custom vintage lighting in a modern setting. Our secondary goal for the home build project was to showcase our vision and we needed a construction team willing to work with our vision. What stands out in our experience with Otto Construction is the willingness of the construction crew to work with us and align with our vision. They made recommendations that were sound and value added. Their attention to detail is apparent in every room of the house. The crew showed an excitement and enthusiasm not seen in other custom home builds. I highly recommend Otto Construction. Tony and his team worked with us from design to completion of a finished product that truly exceeded our expectation. They took a useless crawl space and created a fantastic living area that is seamless in flow and matching materials to the original build. Our new space has allowed our kids and their friends to have their own living and sleeping space which they really enjoy. Additionally exterior enhancements of natural stone and archways were added to create interest and character to our home. The Otto construction staff was very professional and accommodating. Finding quality and reliable workmanship is often a challenging endeavor . After interviewing many companies , what sold us is that Otto Construction was the only company that took us on a tour of other projects they had completed as examples of their work. They have real pride in what they do. We were always kept apprised of the budget with no surprises. We could not be more pleased!!!
