I had Powerhouse Green build me a one car garage from the ground up. Grade the ground, concrete slab, and full one car garage build. Great experience from start to finish. Jack the owner came and bid the project (I did already have plans and permits in hand). His quote was inline with what I had budgeted and was quoted from others but his reviews and confidence in doing the project sold me. The company does have a very nice portfolio. Once we agreed on everything Jen V. (Project manager) takes over and walks you through the project. She was our go to on any questions or concerns. Very prompt and got back with me on all text or calls. The build was done by Ernie Winfield and his crew and they nailed it. Spot on to plan and came in on price as quoted. I have no problem referring them and will be having them update our kitchen and master bath soon.

I would definitely recommend Powerhouse Green Construction! They were quick to respond and very helpful. Jack really listened, had great ideas, and gave what I felt was honest advice and personable service. He was very generous with his time and never made me feel rushed. Bonnie in the office was very kind and supportive as well. The remodel was to be done on my Mom's home and she had just passed away. Jack came up with a great plan and I gave them a deposit to get us on their schedule. Then my plans changed and I had to cancel the work. Even though they were under no obligation to return my non-refundable deposit, they did! I would certainly go back to them in the future if I need a contractor and would not hesitate to recommend them.
