Working with Kyle quite frankly has been one of the best business relationships I have ever had. We engaged Kyle to build an ADU in the back of our home. He suggested we were leaving money on the table by not building a duplex instead. My wife and I have no construction or real estate knowledge other than owning our own various homes over the years. We heard him out and went for it. During this time, while we were involved in decisions along the way, everything top to bottom was handled by Kyle. We both have full time jobs and did not have to spend huge amounts of time trying to manage or help. Kyle stayed true to his word on everything. While there were bumps along the way, Kyle kept us informed on all of them and found solutions. Most bumps were market related with suppliers not being able to source things and what not. Through this trust we have continued our relationship with him now work with him on other opportunities. I would recommend Him and his team firmly to anyone looking to get the job done!

Precision Renovations is the only company I can say I fully recommend and trust. I have never had a contractor stay on budget, on time, all while delivering us our dream home. Kyle and his staff are excellent communicators, use the most efficient project management technology, and truly provide a best in class experience. We underwent a major renovation adding a second story to our bungalow and remodeling our kitchen. This could have potentially been an extremely stressful experience, however, Precision Renovation’s ability to not only provide industry expertise but also set clear expectations made the entire process seamless. We could not be more pleased with the outcome their team achieved and would absolutely use and recommend them again.

We used Precision Renovations for a second story addition and main floor renovation. This is a huge and sometimes painful job but Kyle and his team were VERY responsive to any questions we had. They were constantly working on the house to get it done in a timely manner with great quality of work. The budget for the project was effected by the crazy covid supply chain issues and the rising cost of lumbar. I do not blame this team for those extra costs but would warn anyone going into a large project that right now its hard to predict some of these material costs and to be prepared to have to pay more. Kyle did his best to find cost savings areas without effecting the quality of work. Additionally, I would say there were several growing pains with the project tracking SW in regard to budgeting, but the office manager, Lindsey, was always able to work with the sw team to get the problems sorted out. We were living in a different city for most of the renovation but all the neighbors reported back that there were people working on the house nearly every day. And all that diligence paid off. the project was completed within 7 month from the first day of demo. Neighbors doing a similar remodel typically took 9-12 months. We will definitely use this team again for some future work because this was one of our best contractor experiences to date (and we have had several).

Our house renovation was done by Precision Renovation LLC. Kyle Arienta, the owner goes above and beyond with his work. His vision, innovativeness, and passion for his work is clear to see in every square foot of our main floor. He is familiar with these older homes, all the headaches that come with them and able to problem solve effectively to deal with ongoing issues. He is transparent about the overall schedule and efficient with the timely ordering of items even when Covid has everything on backorder. He is reachable any time of the day and reaches out quickly with questions or concerns. Kyle has integrity and is always looking for ways to cut costs without affecting quality. He even repaired items around the house that he did not need to while a subcontractor was on site doing similar work.

I have been working as a Flooring vendor for Precision Renovations for a number of years. With well designed product selections and thoughtful attention to the client and their visions/needs it has been a joy to see completed projects with happy homeowners! Precision Renovations is an excellent company to work with as a trade professional. Kyle and his team are fantastic!

Kyle and Precision Home Builders & Precision Renovations were great. The people that work for him are very professional and conscientious. We kind of miss having activity and especially our dog Nicole who would wait by the door every day. The renovation project included 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. The plan was carried out efficiently and met our expectations. It was challenging to go without our showers for a bit. At the same time Kyle made it happen sooner, which was most helpful. Kyle absolutely knows what he is doing, the measurements, products and advice on what was good for our projects. He was on top of any issues. We appreciated his expertise and trusted him all the way. After meeting with him once, we knew he was the contractor we wanted and did not talk to anyone else. We would absolutely recommend him!

Kyle and his team did a great job renovating our house. We completely gutted the first floor and added on a second floor. His bid came in significantly lower than others, most of which is due to the lack of overhead (no office or fancy software tools), and he stuck to his estimate pretty well. He is upfront about his costs and sends invoices in excel so you can see line by line exactly what you're paying for. Kyle is in constant communication throughout the project - I spoke with him several times a day most days. He has a great design eye too and will gladly advise on finishes, paint colors, etc.. Almost all of the subcontractors he employed were great as well. What I appreciated most about Kyle is his "can do it" attitude. We interviewed a few other contractors who said we couldn't do what we wanted to and Kyle found a way to make it work beautifully. He also was more than accommodating as we added on a kitchen renovation in the middle of the project too. What you're not getting from Precision is a dedicated interior designer or software tools to track your renovation/budget in real time, but for the right person you can easily have a great renovation without them (and save lots of $$). Overall, I'd gladly recommend Precision to anyone who is looking for a no-frills, communicative contractor to complete their project on time and near budget.

Precision Renovations just completed a basement remodel and a new roof for us. It was an extensive remodel that required cutting through our foundation and converting some crawl space into square footage and cutting two egress windows. Kyle is great to work with and prompt and kept us informed regularly. All the crew and sub-contractors from Precision Renovations are top notch and take pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail. They are experienced with older homes and worked well with our uneven floors, ceilings, and walls. Kyle had good suggestions on finishes and only used quality materials. Precision Renovations is resourceful and built a custom metal railing for our porch that looks great. We highly recommend Precision Renovations and plan to use them again for our main floor renovation.

Kyle Arienta, Precision Renovations, LLC, took on a fitness room remodel project with our homeowners association. The fitness room is in a 50 year old building that produced several surprises along the way. Kyle and his staff were adaptable and timely in working through the changes, some required by the city and some required because of the age of the building. There were accompanying budget additions but Kyle was fair and reasonable in adjusting to them. Kyle was always reachable, he was on top of all work and his subcontracts with the various trades provided superior quality work and expert craftsmanship.

I’ve worked with Precision Renovations for a few years. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, passion and quality of work. Kyle and his team are friendly, kind and caring; they make my job, enjoyable. I’ve worked with many General Contractors throughout my years and Kyle runs a tight and professional company.
