We love what Robert Deville and Premier Construction did with our remodel!! From floor to ceiling we updated tile, bathrooms, fixtures, cabinetry, fireplaces, paint and appliances. Premier Construction was professional, competent, efficient, experienced and easy to work with. We highly recommend them for your small to large project needs.

We purchased a mid-century modern style home in a historic district in Palm Desert and undertook a major remodel. We were fortunate to be referred to Robert Deville Jr (Premier Construction & Remodel) and worked with him from start to finish. We are experienced at this process having completed a major remodel of one hone and a total ground up project for another; but never before on a long distance basis. While home remodel projects are never easy or without some unanticipated challenges, this one went as well as we could have hoped, largely because we chose Premier. A few things stand out..... Robert always was available to meet by phone or in person to meet with us, and always on time. He also had some great ideas to help us achieve our objectives on a reasonably afford basis. He helped us redesign a few bathrooms while minimizing the challenges of revising plumbing and electrical. Robert uses very capable and responsive subs who worked well with him and with us. Robert has a very friendly and positive attitude and was always able to find a way to do what we wanted to have done. The project was completed in a timely way and on budget. There were no billing surprises and all change orders were clearly communicated. Over the course of the entire project, we only found it necessary to inquire about one minor billing matter which was promptly and thoughtfully resolved to our total satisfaction. After the project was substantially completed, Robert and his team (including his subs) were amazing in responding and clearing punch list items. They treated us as well in wrapping up the project as they did when they were securing the project initially. I had heard that finding a good, responsive and highly professional general contractor in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area would be challenging - well, we did exactly that when we hired Premier Construction & Remodel!

We interviewed and got bids from numerous contractors and settled on Robert Deville's Premier Contracting & Remodel. We have done complete remodels in the past and have built a home from the ground up but this was by far our best experience yet. Professional, on time, fast and yet the top quality we must have in a home in Morningside Country Club and at a competitive price point. We cannot recommend Premier Construction too highly. We gutted our home for a total remodel and it is now one of the most beautiful we have seen in Morningside...or anywhere in the desert. ...And the project was actually enjoyable from start to finish.
