My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Jonathon and the whole team at Premier were great to work with from start to finish. From the initial consultation where they answered all of our questions, to the continual contact throughout the project making sure that things were on track and handled correctly. The project moved at a steady pace and any issues due to delays were kept to a minimum with steady progress the whole time. We are very happy with the work done, and would definitely use them again in the future if the opportunity arose.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Premier Quality Homes to build our new home in Idaho. Jonathon and Kara were very easy to work with, and they have assembled a quality group of subcontractors that did a fantastic job on our house. It was a positive experience all around !

We found Premier Quality Homes to be extremely easy to communicate and work with. They always responded to us in a timely manner and bent over backwards to make any changes to meet all our needs. They made our home handicap accessible which was a huge deal for us. They stand behind their quality worksmanship and provided us a 2-10 home warranty for 2 years. I have appreciated how they stand behind their work. Our home is very draft free and energy efficient. We love the floorplan with split bedrooms, open floorplan and 2 covered porches. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BUILDER, "PREMIER QUALITY HOMES, INC"

Building a custom home is not for the faint of heart, we knew this going into our second build. We were looking for a builder that would allow us to be hands on through the entire build. We got just that with Premier Quality Homes, and we feel so invested in our new home. We got exactly what we wanted. We love our home, thank you Judy!

Commented: what is the name of this tile12x24 field tile is called Veneto Noce. Master shower accent is IDA-SS/RD Basket weave. Tub B/S is Chinook Grey White Dot Basket weave. Shower floor tile is New York 2x2.
