I cannot say enough about Projects General Contractors. Projects managed a major remodel of my old Farm style House that was built in the early 60’s. The Scope included kitchen, dining room, living room, Master Bedroom and Bath plus new flooring, a full electrical upgrade and addition of HVAC and solar. When decisions had to be made or schedules required adjustment, Projects was communicative and collaborative. Stephanie kept things moving smoothly and did a great job running the Project and ensured that each subcontractor executed to a high level of craftsmanship and workmanship. We cannot speak highly enough of Projects GC. Projects managed a major remodel of our 1930’s California bungalow, including kitchen, bathroom, refinished floors, a full electrical upgrade, and addition of climate control, wonderfully. When decisions had to be made or schedules required adjustment, Projects was communicative and collaborative. We were never left guessing, nor did we feel like important choices were made without our participation. Projects also ensured that each subcontractor executed to a high level of craftsmanship and workmanship. As a result, we feel like we have a new house with modern amenities, yet have successfully preserved the character and charm of our classic home.

What a great team! I used Projects to remodel my condo and I highly recommend them. They are truly a pleasure to work with. They are detail-oriented and quickly respond to any questions and concerns. Projects General Construction is a dream to work with. My parents had worked with Projects on some small and large projects including a gorgeous guest house renovation, so when we bought a home that was a little rough around the edges, we knew exactly who we wanted to work with. Not only did Christi, Sylvia and their team come in and make it brand new again, they stuck to their timelines, quickly worked to resolve issues that came up, and had incredible communication along the way. Every contractor they brought in did impeccable work and was clearly passionate about creating a beautiful end product. We had a Tecate tile floor with a section in need of replacement tiles and Christi warned us right away that it would be impossible to match the new tiles to the old ones. Well guess what? They pulled it off! No one would ever be able to spot the repaired section. Similarly, they built a door to our master bath that had just been an arched doorway. They had a really tight space to work with and did a fabulous job making it look like and function like it had been there all along. Our favorite part of the project was a fireplace makeover and built-in bookcase to turn a bland living room into a gorgeous and cozy space for our family. Christi took our ideas and brought them to life, Sylvia managed our project perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier. Look no further than Projects General Construction!

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Christi handle a project at our home over the summer and fall of 2021. Christi was organized and detail-minded, ensuring that every facet of our project was done to perfection. All of the talented sub-contractors that Christi hired were highly complimentary about working with her and several told me that she was their favorite contractor to work with because she was timely and organized. Our project was complex but Christi approached it with great expertise and a listening ear for any concerns or questions that we had. She met and exceeded our expectations in every way and we look forward to working with her again.

We worked with Projects on our kitchen, bath, laundry room remodel. Even with a global pandemic, they were able to organize all the various trades to prevent stops or delays in work. Christi Clayton and her company did a refresh of most of my house. From top to bottom they painted (walls and cabinets), laid beautiful wood floors, cleaned furniture and carpets, installed new light fixtures and plumbing. Each morning and at the end of the day Christi communicated with me and gave me a status report. She was very responsive whenever I called. I waited a long time to dive into a major remodel of my 1920s Bungalow kitchen. It is now my favorite room in the house and I am incredibly grateful that Christi and her Projects GC team were on the journey with me every step of the way! It was a pleasure working with, Christi, Projects GC owner, and Stephanie, our project manager, on our 1932 Spanish colonial remodel. We are thrilled with the renovations and our updated home. What stood out about working with the Projects GC team was their excellent communication skills, quality of work and strong finish. Stephanie and Christi were either available or immediately responsive any time we reached out with questions or concerns. When we had surprises or challenging decisions mid project, they took great care in assessing and recommending solutions. I hired Projects General Construction on Aug. 15, 2019 to do a kitchen remodel in my guest house. Within days Stephanie, project manager, had the sub-contractors meet at the guest house to review details of the job. The subs were efficient, professional and did quality work. I had saved a marketing card from Projects General Construction, Inc.back in 2008! Finally called for a kitchen cosmetic remodel in April 2019 and happily it is all finished. Couldn’t be happier. Stephanie was our project manager and she was here a couple times every day, her timeline was met to the day, and there were never days where nobody showed up. Subs were all great and Christi was a pleasure to deal with from the start. You will not regret calling on Projects for a stress free job of high quality and timely completion.
