Steve and Paula were absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish they have been incredibly helpful and were always honest and straightforward with us! We hired Robbins Const. Mgmt. to do a 1900 sq foot addition to our existing home. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work that he and his trades provided for us. Robbins construction was the general contractor for my completely custom bathroom/ utility remodel. I was very pleased with the quality of work and when something wasn’t right they worked to quickly fix it. I would highly recommend them.

Ok, I need to start my saying I am a hardcore DIY guy. With the exception of roofing and foundation work, I’ve pretty much done it all. On my recent renovation, there were a few spots I thought best be handled by the pros. Through a friend I found Robbins Construction Management (RCM). I went in on guard, having heard all of the horror stories about contractors. Additionally, I was sure I could do just as good, if not better, than these strangers. Soon I learned my apprehension…and inflated self-confidence…were completely undeserved. Mere tape lines on the floor soon began transforming into the building I imagined. Spots I earmarked as possible tricky areas for myself, they solved with minimal effort. They cared about the final product as much as I did! RCM even advised me on where I could cut some costs without compromising the project…this was not at all what I expected!!! With their professionalism, efficiency, and superior skills, I turned over the rest of the project. Best. Decision. Ever. RCM will be my building professionals for life.

Steve Robbins and I worked together for almost 2 yrs. on a major, architect designed, renovation/rebuild of a l960 home. During that period there was no angst, disagreement or issue that typically happens with this sort of project. The short story is I would do another with Steve in a heartbeat.

Robbins Construction built our home in 2009. Construction quality and attention to detail was very impressive. Steve ( the owner) was great about giving us different cost and preference options. This allowed for lower cost of construction and building customized to our needs. He was very picky about quality. Several times workers had to come back and correct small issues because he wanted the end result perfect. I would highly recommend this builder.

Customer satisfaction is paramount with him and he ensures that the job is done correctly and meets customer expectations. He did a remodel job for me in 2014 (cost over $15,000) and everything tuned out great! I know other craftsman in this area and they too hold Robbin's Construction in high regard.

We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. I can always count on Robbins Construction!
