We interviewed five builders and chose Pat because of his knowledge and his ability to come up with creative solutions to design challenges. He was great to deal with from start to finish, communicating openly and working in lockstep with our architect and designer throughout the project. The superior quality of his work shows in the details, which came in on time and within budget. I would definitely build with Pat again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good experience and a great home.

Found Pat and his crew to be knowledgeable, approachable and completed our extensive renovation to our complete satisfaction. Pat has excellent communication skills which is an asset when trying to coordinate trades to complete a task on a tight schedule. We trust him to follow through with his commitments which we appreciate when working closely with a contractor. There were som hic-cups along the way but a project like this you would expect a few. He was always available and responded right away when we called him. He seemed to have a lot of respect from his own employees as well as the trades he brought on site. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Pat was general contractor and carpenter for internal & external renovations on my older home as well as a new-build 1,200 sq ft. garage/workshop. Much of the work was done while we were living in the house. Pat was very attentive to our needs, consulted with us regularly, provided us with solutions when we weren't quite sure exactly what we wanted, and produced a great finished product for us. He provided us with a budget and kept us informed of any deviations before the work was done. We are very happy with the workmanship, attention to detail, his helpful and cheerfull personality and Pat being totally hands-on. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Pat and his crew.

From design to completed job he was professional and his work was done to a very high standard. His trades were also professional. Since my original project with Patrick (two full bathroom renovations), we also hired PBCD to completely renovate our backyard living space - and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
