In addition to our client-focused approach, we’ve developed artisan craftsman – some of whom have worked with us for over 30 years – that are ready to make your vision a reality – no matter how complicated, unique, or bespoke. Finally, the only way we can truly serve our clients is by being fully transparent. We make every invoice from our suppliers and subcontractors as well as every timesheet from our employees and independent contractors available for our clients’ review. We believe our clients deserve to see where every dollar goes during the construction of their custom dream home.

When you want a home built or remodeling done with the highest of quality, Splittgerber Professional Builders is who you want to use. We have had 2 homes built by Rick and recently had remodeling done in our present home. After 25 years in this home, I wanted to update our bathrooms; my husband didn't think it necessary at first but he admits our remodeled bathrooms look awesome. He then decided that our sunroom needed a new look and we had that done, too. They are wonderful to work with, have top subs doing the work and are always inspecting to make sure everything is done right. Thank you Rick, Jonathan and all!!

We hired Splittgerber Builders to perform a multi-bathroom remodel in our older raised ranch home based on the quality of the work we had seen them do in a friends kitchen remodel. Our remodel brought the bathrooms down to the studs and rebuilt them from scratch. Every step of the way, Rick and company produced work of outstanding quality and the level of support and professionalism was the best I have ever seen from a contractor in my 26 years of home ownership. I cannot overstate how much I appreciated this as while we were having our bathroom remodeled we had friend doing similar work in their homes and I heard all of the issues they were having while we did not.

Splittgerber Professional Builders has done multiple construction projects for us starting with a Passive Solar addition in 1983. In 1999 Splittgerber construction completed a new home for us. Rick and his staff were easy to work with and paid careful attention to detail. The subcontractors he hires are outstanding and the result is great quality. We have enjoyed the workmanship he built into our home for 17 years. Splittgerber Professional Builder has completed additional projects for us, all to our satisfaction. Rick is patient to explain, to educate us in the process, and to offer options. The bids he gives are accurate and we have not experienced any cost over runs. Rick has been able to add uniqueness by incorporating antique pieces into cabinetry. We will continue to give Splittgerber Professional Builders our highest recommendation. Lasting quality! Rick's crew built our custom home 15 years ago in Windsor, CO. The neighborhood sees our home as a landmark, and our immediate neighbors have commented that they bought the next-door home just to be near our stately cape cod. Although regular maintenance is required for any home, We cannot tell you how happy we've been with the lasting quality, detail and durability of this very well built, solid and beautiful home. We are still sold on Rick's subcontractor crews, who have been craftsmen in this area for many, many years. It continuously shows in the years that we've enjoyed this home.
