Doug built my home several years ago. He was very easy to work with - flexible, prompt, dependable. I stayed on task & deadline because of his time management, & I still call on him quite frequently to ask his opinion or get his help. If I had to rebuild, I would ask Sprague Construction to be on board.

Our experience with Sprague Builders was absolutely the best. Our dream home project planning began in Feb of 2012 with groundbreaking June of 2012. We moved in June of 2013. I feel that Sprague Construction has the absolute best subs in the area and along with their expertise our job was on time and without any major problems. Rick and his son , Doug along with Rick's wife and Doug' s Mom, Kathy, kept Brooks and I on task and out of crazy mode. It was a pleasure to work with them and we are proud of our home. It is everything we want it to be with water views maximized, a feeling of serenity and a haven to come home too !
