Scott and his team are the best at what they do. We had an issue with our stucco on the chimney. Scott and his team were there and helped us addressed the issue within a week they were home building a 4 storey high scaffolding and addressing the rootcause. They take huge pride in their work and will stand behind their work: A rare trait in contractors these days.

Scott has used stucco to cover two brick chimneys that were a maintenance problem for years. One was 100 years old. His crew is first rate. Scott stays on top of the work and and pays attention to the details. On each job his guys noticed a piece of broken stone wall damaged by the landscapers and they repaired it and a stone stair tread that was loose was fixed. I never asked them to do it- this is indicative of their professionalism. I highly recommend Stucco Doctor.

Scott and his team did a tremendous job replacing our 25 year old stucco with Hardie siding. We had very bad water damage under the stucco and the team had to replace much of the base wood before installing the Hardie. Scott collaborated with us during the entire process until the house was completed making design recommendations along the way. The highlight of the house is the chimney which had to be entirely rebuilt with the Hardie combined with an AZEK base resulting in an outstanding look. Scott’s team lead by Byron were extremely thorough and detailed in everything they did. They arrived every day at 8am and worked a full day before cleaning up and leaving at 5. Would highly recommend Scott and his team. Very professional.

We had a terrific experience working with Scott and his crews at Stucco doctor in replacing the exterior of our home with stucco, stone and Arcusstone. - Most importantly, the finished product looks great. Scott made several excellent design recommendations and his crews are highly skilled, professional craftsmen who expertly carried out the plans. The project required 8 weeks, and every day during this period we had at least 5 crew members working full days at the house regardless of weather. As a result, this large project was completed on schedule. All crew members were polite, hard working and kept the work area as clean as possible. - There was no nickel and diming. The amount we paid was exactly what had initially been quoted and included several added value features. Stucco Doctor may not be the least expensive contractor, but they are definitely worth the cost.

Scott and his team do fantastic, high quality Stucco work. They rebuilt and resurfaced my chimney's which were cracking and failing, and resurfaced and sealed the rest of the house. It looks amazing. More important to me, he does what he says he will do, and shows up when he says he will. A great contractor to work with. Now you will pay for it - as they are very expensive, as Stucco work is pretty rare in NJ. I got 4 bids for my work. Only two seemed to know what they were doing and those prices were within 2%. I was very uneasy about the down payment of 40% cash.. .but you shouldn't be. You can count on Scott.

During the roof replacement project of my community, many problems were identified with the stucco houses. Scott had his team remove existing faux stone veneer from an exterior chimney. repaired existing block installed new real stone veneer remove all debris and cleaned up when done. From start to finish couldn't be more happier.

I am a Realtor in the Union County area. Scott Roberts came to take a look at a home I have under contract that has an EIFS exterior recently. The home inspector had been all doom and gloom based on the reputation of this product. Scott came the day after I contacted him to take a look at the property and proceeded to explain exactly what EIFS is to my anxious buyer. He explained that despite the stigma, that this particular home did not have the issues that many homes with this type of exterior have because it was installed over brick rather than plywood and there was an overhang over it which keeps water from penetrating into it. He was extremely knowledgeable and very candid. While I will not have the pleasure of working with him further on this particular transaction, I would not hesitate to call him again or even to hire him to refinish the exterior of my home. I was very impressed!

However, the team of folks that came out to paint and repair worked harmoniously together building and breaking down scaffolding, caulking, cleaning, and painting. I had a home that was built 12 years ago with EIFS on the front façade. The product/technology has some issues with moisture penetration (resulting in mold/rot behind it). Although my application was in pretty good shape, it did have some moisture penetration (understandably) and resulting rot where the façade was damaged by Hurricane Sandy. My had my home on the market for sale, and the buyer's inspection revealed the problem and they wanted it fixed. I contacted Scott Roberts, "The Stucco Doctor", at the suggestion of both my and the buyer's realtor. Scott was very responsive in visiting the home, providing an estimate, and following-up - very professional all around. There were several paths for remediation that could be taken, and he (I felt) was candid and sincere in recommending a course of action. Ultimately, because the buyer had requested a quick close - they were relocating from overseas - the project was not commenced prior to the sale of the home. Accordingly, I did not live through the project. However with that caveat, I would state that The Stucco Doctor rated 10-stars compared to the responsiveness and experience he provided vs. that I experienced with the 3 other contractors that I tried to engage for proposals.

Man of his word & a quality job! We had woodpeckers leaving holes in our stucco. Scott fixed it and no more holes to return thanks to his arcusstone installation.

Scott did a great job helping us redesign the front elevation of our home using his exclusive Arcusstone product on the window, front door, garage and trim areas. He also introduced a unique blocking treatment on one of the standard stucco wall areas. His crew was wonderful and maintained a very neat work area, cleaning up at the end of each day. Scott also did a nice job coordinating the purchase and installation of a new front entry door and gutters and leaders (suggesting a complimentary color treatment that nicely accented the entire job). I was so pleased, I had Scott rebuild my deck using Timber Tech composite materials and had him recondition the interior of our garage, complete with epoxy floor. We hired Scott to outfit and finish our basement. I hired Stucco Doctor to do some trim and repair work on my stucco home resulting from the cut out and replacement of nine windows. Stoneart Designs evaluated, corrected and perfected a horrible molding/ gutter job that another local contractor failed to do correctly on new construction. The gutters, drainage system and moldings that were installed by Stoneart are aesthetically pleasing as well as environmentally functional and conservative. The level of the gutter drain was made to go into rain basins I purchased. The construction was performed in a timely manner, crew was respectful and neat in appearance; the work site was always clean, absent of any debris, materials or trash.
