We start our remodeling with different company and find out that's everything was wrong from the design we agreed . My neighbor referral me to TR&D they completed his home remodeling and we met Itay Snof .he go over the design and asked all the questions that make us feel comfortable to work with him. We just finished our project and couldn't be happier They finished on time and was on Top of everything till the job was complete with our satisfaction Thanks Itay and TR&D team

We start the projects with him and he lead us through the process till completion.his Company worker's are hard worker and very knowledgeable They respectfully and clean after them. Top Remodeling & Design did an amazing job remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms in our home. The crew was very clean with their work and very efficient. The project stayed on schedule, the whole team from the office staff, Itay and Juan Manage the project and the crew of installers were easy to communicate with, and very professional. Top Remodeling & Design did an amazing job on my house. They did almost the entire exterior of my home, including all new windows. My cooling and heat bills have dropped significantly. They also remodeled part of my kitchen and it looks fantastic! Itay and Juan (and the entire crew) were on time, honest and did quality work!

He explained me all the steps from starting the Design process till choosing materials and Creating final design . They also take care the permits process. The team was great during all the time . Overall a very good experience. Work was finished on time and very good quality. We did two bathrooms. For the first, we clearly got the 'tile guy' of the company who did a fantastic job just on the tiles. For the second bathroom, we got the same guys as who did all the other work. They had to redo a few tiles, but overall did just a good job. Knocking off 1 star for communication from the workers. I asked a couple of times for photos and visual inspection of the plumbing on the second bath while they were doing the work, but the team didn't do that. I asked to ensure the venting on the bathroom was ducted how I asked, but they closed it up without showing me (and it wasn't how I expected). Rather than tell me a part of the new $800 toilet wasn't fitting correctly they affixed it with construction adhesive, which made it super hard to change the toilet seat.

Our dream is to renovate our house, after lots of research online and with family and friends we met with top remodeling and we decided to go with them. We did all our bathrooms, kitchen, painting and a new deck in the back of the house. They were very knowledgeable about the project, and also provided me references to check .
