About Us

Our Story "After years of feeling like I didn't have time to keep my home and rental properties in tip top shape, I realized I could use some help. I soon found many of my friends, family, and customers needed some help too. They needed a trustworthy company to come in and do those dirty jobs they didn’t have time for or didn't want to do. They also needed someone to make sure that a maintenance schedule was kept so the overall quality of their home didn’t diminish. I decided to create UpKeep as a full service company designed to make life easier and give you peace of mind. I have put together a wonderful team and a great system to provide awesome service and sustain the quality of our customers' homes and properties."

We had a large tree fall on our rental duplex and UpKeep took care of us! Roof had to be fix, exterior soffit, inside roof rafters, insulation, drywall, new kitchen cabinets and tops and painting, floors redone and plumbing work. We also upgraded the bathroom. Upkeep was very professional, coordinated and did excellent work on our project! They made it so easy!
