Justin Whiley is a excellent builder. He was highly recommended by other clients and lived up to his reputation. He built our new home and made the whole process very easy. We trust him completely; especially important since we lived 5 hours away. He is a craftsman and all his sub-contractors were very professional and high quality. My husband and I hired Whiley Construction to build our new home. We could not have been happier with the experience. Justin and his crew were wonderful to work with.
