Will Harder saved our vacation house! After being completely shafted by an inept general contractor we hired Will to repair and finish our 2700 s.f. mountain home. WL Harder is not inexpensive but the quality of work is worth the price. This is the go to company for building a mountain modern home in Mammoth Lakes, CA . Will and his assistant, Sarah, worked seamlessly with our architect and interior designer to build our dream home. Because so much of the previous work had to be repaired and new problems were uncovered, a strict budget was not possible. However, every change order was documented and a thourogh explanation was always given to us. Highly recommend.

Harder Construction has done several projects for me on my Mammoth Lakes property,. Both as the construction company doing the work and also as the general contractor, hiring subcontractors on some of the projects. They have always been extremely professional and upfront with pricing, time line and the scope of work required and clean up afterwords. When hiring subcontractors, Harder Construction has always followed up to ensure that the work the subcontractors have done was also done fairly and correctly. We retained William Harder, Inc to totally renovate our Mammoth home. We did two new bathrooms, total kichen, painting inside and out, Lighting,carpeting, new sliding doors, drapes etc. It was done on time and beautifully. Unfortunately, we had bad tenants and they caused damage that meant we neded to redo carpets and repaint after only 18 months. Willie did the repairs and replacement on time and on budget. He has also been very helpful when any repair issues arise. Highly recommend. Good person and professional staff.

Willie Harder did a complete remodel on our condo in 2011 and 2012. He was willing to split the work as to allow us the use of our condo during ski season. He kept us informed on a weekly basis and sent pictures. He worked with the city to obtain permits and met with inspectors. All subcontractors he used were experts in their fields. Our project went as scheduled and far exceeded our expectations.
