Scott Worley

Working as general contractor for many years and serving as a sub contractor for great number of contractors, we have seen it all. Luke Woolsey and his team is top notch. He treats his clients and sub contractors with respect and dignity not seen very often these days. Luke's attention to details, cost saving strategies and efficient schedules guarantee satisfied customers. I have recently decided to stop performing work as a general contractor to Focus on Ram Jack a foundation solution company. I have spent many years creating contacts and clients, I feel confident that they will be taken care of when I send them to Woolsey construction. I would recommend Luke to any one who wants to get there project built the right way the first time.

Woolsey Construction (Luke, brother Seth, and team including Israel & Alan), are the best contractors I've worked with in San Diego, on any project. And this one was big and complicated. They stayed exactly true to their bid (slightly under, in fact), they worked on their predicted timeline, their work was very high quality, and they were uniformly INTELLIGENT and knowledgeable. I collected three different bids and consulted with an engineer and another experienced contractor, and Woolsey was the only contractor whose diagnosis, plan for repair, aesthetic sensitivities, and price estimates seemed reasonable. A special shout out to Israel and Alan, who spent several weeks in our home. They were extremely friendly with our kid, always left the job site clean, and were just generally the kinds of people you want hanging around your house for 3-4 weeks. I've already recommended them to other people, and would do so again.
