We had them put in a walk in shower in January 2024. The inspector came out to sign off on the completed project and said he couldn’t sign off on it because they didn’t put a vent in the drain. We have been in contact with our project manager and it is now August and they still haven’t corrected the issue. We paid 21,000 for them to do the project correctly and now they just keep giving us the runaround. Very unhappy with this company.
