AJIA, which means Asia in Japanese, got it’s start in 1994 as an export housing company shipping custom prefab homes to Japan. Then in 2000, AJIA launched into custom designed prefabricated homes in Western North America. Proud to be locally owned and operated, AJIA believes in giving the straight goods to our clients and earning our reputation every single day as an honest business built through 20 years of operation. At AJIA we believe it is not enough to succeed – one must exceed. It means to be the very best at what we do, to innovate ahead of the trends, to employ highly qualified and motivated professionals and maintain the highest level of customer service. We will gladly provide references from any of our clients or suppliers. Since 2003 AJIA began prefabricating recreational home packages for the local market. It was a natural decision to offer our experience servicing remote job-sites to clients in BC’s Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast or Interior – or Alberta – or Ontario – so we launched AJIA to provide full-service retail housing packages for Canadian clients. In 2005 we purchased our manufacturing and office facility on Crown Street, North Vancouver. Today we are thrilled to offer design, prefabrication, engineering, delivery and set-up as our core services. All our custom home packages are build from local natural cedars and douglas fir timbers with a variety of other materials that easily tailor every home to your specific requests. Choose from our many stock designs, bring your own designs, or start from scratch. We have design, engineering and construction crews all in house ready to create your dream home. Customers of AJIA have 2 distinct package options when ordering their custom homes. Since, AJIA is a full prefab manufacturing facility, we offer Housing Packages in either Materials Package only or through our Licensed Builder Program, we can bring your home to full “Turn-key” finish.
