We had the pleasure of working with Justin and John at Alair Homes for our recent project. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and his guidance and patience made the entire process a pleasant one. Both Justin and John were easy to communicate with and all our concerns were addressed professionally and in a timely manner. Given our project was done during COVID, it was very impressive that we landed on time and on budget! We are very happy with the services that Alair Homes provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Our son Branden had a second level built on our existing home. He loves his home all thanks to Justin and John. John was very accommodating to all that Branden wanted in his home and it turned out amazing. Thanks John & Justin for making Branden’s dream a reality.

John and Justin of Alair Homes were amazing to work with. We renovated an older home from top to bottom and had a tight timeline to do it in. John and Justin were able to work with us on our timeline and even completed the home in stages, which allowed us to partially move in while the renovation was still ongoing. I know that it likely wasn't easy on them from a project planning perspective and it led to a few hiccups along the way, but John was great and incredibly resourceful in doing what needed to be done in order to accommodate us and our family. In addition, the quality of work was top notch. My wife and I were new to renovating but John and Justin made us feel very comfortable and at ease. In addition, their custom website where you can track project costs and review the overall budget gave me a ton of peace of mind. We had every confidence John and Justin and they delivered with a beautiful home for us. We couldn't be happier. Plus, they're just great people. Thank you John and Justin!

Alair Homes was wonderful to work with from the first meeting through to completion. Justin and our project manager, Brad, were helpful, honest and reliable. When we had unexpected challenges arise (whether it was a leak from an outside tap bursting or due to Covid-19) they were quick to contact us and discuss the options to resolve the issue and they kept the renovations moving forward. We would definitely use them again and be glad to refer friends and family.
