The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. “I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“We decided to choose MoreSpace to build our loft extension and were so glad we did. We were firstly consulted by Stuart Ellerby who gave us a thorough overview of what was involved in a loft extension and who is responsible for what during the project. His knowledge was first class and he spoke in layman’s terms and not jargon which we found very engaging and brought it to life. Once we agreed on the project, Stuart also kept in touch throughout with regular site visits and was also super responsive when we raised any questions. His aftercare has also been great. The team who built our loft was insane. The team was led by Jake and everyone in his team were super friendly and accommodating, whether it was popping up for a sneak peek on progress, asking any questions or looking to make slight adjustments. The finish of the job is perfect and exactly what we’d hoped for. They left the place clean and was complete within a much shorter time period than I expected. For such a large project, this felt like the easiest one I’ve had to undertake so far thanks to Stuart, Jake and his team. We did shop around with 4 other competitors and these by far have the best reputation and I’m glad I trusted the reviews. 5* Thanks Team!!!”
