Craigston concentrates in residential building projects and custom cabinetry in the greater Denver area and mountain communities. As a construction manager, we offer pre-construction services, such as reviewing plans, proposing budgets, developing a job schedule, and coordinating with engineers and architects. During the construction phase we will manage the permit and inspection process, pre-qualify and supervise subcontractors and communicate with the home owner on all phases of the process. Craigston custom cabinetry is hand crafted in our shop in Evergreen, Colorado. We take pride in distinctive designs, unique features, fine quality finishes and the latest in cabinet hardware. Craigston can help design your cabinetry, or build based on an architect/designers drawings. From remodeling or additions, to complete building projects, our mission is to build your vision. We are responsive to our client’s needs and strive for an open communication when working with clients, designers or architects and subcontractors. In addition, we endeavor to complete projects on time and on budget. Tucker Hollander is the owner and manager of Craigston LLC. Tucker was raised in New England and worked for his family’s construction business where he learned to appreciate the art of fine carpentry. Tucker graduated from Middlebury College in 1991 and moved to Colorado in 1994. In 2000, after more than 10 years in the industry working for other builders, Tucker established Craigston so he could be the type of carpenter who could build additions, or remodel existing homes, or build from the ground, or create custom furniture or cabinetry. Tucker prides himself on listening to the client, respecting subcontractors, and finishing or installing a project that exactly meets the client’s specifications. He is an efficient carpenter and an artistic craftsman.
