My husband and I embarked on the journey of building our first home together after 1 year of marriage. (People told us if we could survive building a house together, we could survive anything!) Cross Custom Homes was incredible to work with throughout the entire process – from finding the lot, signing off on the floor plans, the final walk-through and even support after we moved in. Logan’s professionalism, combined with his open communication and personable and patient attitude was such a blessing. He updated us in a timely manner when we needed to be notified or make decisions, and worked quickly to correct any changes that needed to be made. We had an open communication channel from start to finish, and never found it difficult to get in touch with him. The quality of workmanship in the home is something truly to be admired. It is obvious that Logan holds himself and his subcontractors to a high standard. The project met all of our expectations for quality, timeline, and budget. What could have been a disaster - to build a home, sell a home, and have a baby all in the same calendar year - was actually manageable and almost enjoyable, and so much of that can be contributed to Cross Custom Homes! I had my master bath remodeled. Logan did an excellent job and the quality of the work couldn't have been better. Logan and his cabinet guy worked with me to design a jewelry cabinet, and it turned out great. If there was a problem he always made it right. He was also very patient with the changes that I made during the project. You couldn't find a nicer and more trustworthy gentleman. . He will definitely do my next project!
