We purchased a 30+ year old house and hired DC Fine Homes for the remodel. Best decision we made! They literally rebuilt the house from the studs out. Turned a dated 80’s house into a European country 4000 sq foot house. We highly recommend DC for your next remodel or rebuild!

DC Fine Homes did a remodel of our great room, kitchen, fireplace and built a custom home fitness slot in our garage. We moved into our home in December and absolutely love it! The staff is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They excel at every aspect of the design process and implementation. We have been in the home for a few months now and have been amazed at how well they thought out every aspect and detail of the home. What experience! We hired DC Fine Homes to remodel a home that we had recently purchased. DC Homes took the time to understand our goal for the property, our budget, and our timeline. The work that was done prior to ever knocking down a wall was invaluable as it guaranteed both parties were understanding the scope of the project and the process. When we decided to move to Eugene and build a home we found Dan Cooper through the Eugene Tour of Homes. We interviewed several builders and we chose DC Fine Homes because of the design sensibility, the attention to detail, and perhaps, most importantly, he listened to us. We needed a builder that we could trust completely because we would be 2,300 miles away in Texas during the entire process. We did not regret our decision. We had special needs and wishes and Dan helped us find the appropriate (and FANTASTIC) lot. He was so transparent when it came to billing, we were never sidelined by extra expenses. When we were able to come to town Dan and his team made us feel like we were their only customers. The attention they gave us was extraordinary. We loved the way the gently talked us out of all of our bad decisions. The house is impeccable. Yes, I insisted on ceiling fans—c’mon, I’m from Texas!—and Dan capitulated, finding me the most attractive ceiling fans he could. But, you can see the influence of this exemplary team of professionals everywhere, from the design to the craftsmanship. Even the baseboards are beautiful! It is quite clear that DC Fine Homes cares very deeply about any project they tackle and for that we are very, very pleased. We would highly, highly recommend Dan Cooper and DC Fine Homes for any project, build or remodel.

We started out with a list of preferences and ended up with our dream home! Dan Cooper saw our vision and worked closely with us to fine tune it along the way. He took time to get to know us and understand our tastes. With this understanding, he effectively narrowed down choices (paint, tile, stone, fixtures, etc) for us so the selection processes moved along quickly and we didn't get overwhelmed with options! Every suggestion he made was right on. He is very budget conscious and kept the cost and timeline trends in front of us every step of the way.
