A master builder with formal civil and structural engineering education, Nester is known and respected for his aesthetically pleasing, creatively designed, methodically planned and meticulously built state-of-the-art projects, including custom and semi-custom single family homes, accessory dwelling units (ADU's and JADU's), commercial buildings & tenant improvements, agriculture accessory structures and ranch, and farm and ag land improvements. In the 30+ years since he began working as a General Contractor to self-support his engineering education at Oregon Institute of Technology, Greg has successfully completed more than 580 distinctive, precision built, energy efficient single family dwelling homes in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. Nester has also consulted on, planned and built commercial shopping centers and completed tenant improvement projects locally.
