Cort is highly skilled at helping buyers pick out interior finishes, and providing reasonable cost proposals for construction, including requested changes. Cort also effectively utilized the buildertrend web site to communicate the various aspects of the construction status throughout construction. Both Jim and Cort did a great job of maintaining the construction schedule while ensuring that the construction quality was top notch. I highly recommend their services for custom new home construction. My wife and I are glad we selected Hutch Homes - we are new to the area and feel fortunate that we discovered Hutch Homes in our search for new home builders in Cumberland County, Pa area.

Excellent work, great on details. I would definitely hire Hutch Homes again. They are hard workers, wonderful on communication, Hutch Homes does not just do homes, but remodeling jobs as well, no job too small or too big!!
