Unlike many builders, Greg does not add in additional costs through mark-ups on materials or subcontractors - which allows IBI the assurance to clients that they are getting the best quality home for the best price. This 'open book' approach allows IBI to work with you without having a biased view on any additions or changes to the design of your home.
