Jimmy and his team took on our new custom home part way through the project. His team was incredibly flexible and thorough in completing our home. The entire J Francis team rallied around our project by listening to our needs and building exactly what we wanted. They demanded quality work from their subcontractors which was driven by active site construction management that oversaw the work. They always kept us up to date on the status of our home and continued to listen as the build progressed to be sure they met our expectations. We are extremely happy with our home, and the relationship we developed with J Francis Builders.

Jimmy and his team are professionals. From start to finish you feel like part of the family. The process is never smooth when building a new house, but this was pretty close. Jesse the project manager was on top of the details and was always attentive. With any issues we worked through them with no difficulty. Highly recommend this team.

From the very start our build was exceptional. Jimmy and his entire staff made us feel that our custom home was their most important build. From the architectural design, throughout the entire selection process everything was on time and professional. All of the suppliers and sub contractors were superior, and the house was built in only 7 months! The quality, workmanship and attention to detail was superb. Through regularly scheduled meetings, he kept us aware of the progress and gave us ample notice for decisions that needed to be made along the way. There were no surprise costs and our home was completed ahead of schedule. These things alone are reason enough to recommend Jimmy Francis. Building a new home is potentially a very trying experience. This was our 3rd home to build and one of the best experiences we have ever encountered. The team at J. Francis Builders became our extended family. They listened, they understood what we wanted and most importantly they viewed every dollar spent as if it was their own. We worked together as a team in every aspect of the project, using organized project plans and tools to keep us all informed. They also worked very hard to assure we met our original time table. Toward the end of the process when we found out we would be unable to extend our temporary living arrangements, they found a way to get additional resources and got the home in shape so we could move in earlier than planned. The final product is a beautiful high-quality home exactly as we anticipated. Truly, a great experience with a great team.
