very poor workman ship they chose. quantity over quality they do not cover driveways ours is caving in at the corners sagging in the middle water standing. windows casing not all the same size top one size bottom another size with different sizes waiting for a window that is crack around may they ordered it tells me july 25 the window is in as of 8/31/2023 still waiting for it to be put in

We built a home in one of their developments over the winter of 2016-2017, moved in mid-March. We are experiencing very little of the typical new home creaks and pops: we are very pleased. Ben was a super help in custom designing much of our house, changing plans to meet our wants/needs/ideas. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the process. Working with JA Myers Homes isn't like working with one of the large national developers like K Hovnanian or Ryan Homes, where you get what they want to give you; with JA Myers, they give you what you want. You get to know the people, and every single person has truly strived to do their job well. Highly recommend.

The office staff we dealt with was outstanding. They were friendly, informative, thorough and provided excellent customer service. Great company.

First time New home purchase for my wife and I, it started out very exciting and promising. However we have had issues since settlement, primarily lack of customer service and poor workmanship. All the issues that we have had, could have been avoided if Myers and contractors they selected would have just taken their time and done the Job that they are clearly capable of doing (by the numerous positive reviews). That is what makes it so frustrating, we researched and read good things about them, however our experience has been far from good. There is a steep drop off in their attention to you after settlement that is for sure... I can't tell you how many times I heard the phrase "well that's not us that is on the sub-contractor" from Myers people. Um they hand pick the sub-contractors so??? I am not big on righting reviews and I don't want this to be a bashing post, I just wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps someone who is on the fence about choosing a builder. My wife and I are eager to put the "hopefully" last couple issues behind us and just move on. It just really leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

I printed off a picture I found online and asked if they could build "this" and Ben Myers smiled and excitedly said, "Yes!" This company has joy in building you the home of your dreams. With professionals there to guide you, your vision is masterfully designed and will be enjoyed for years to come. Thank you Myers Home builders for making our dreams come true!
