We are an Austin area home builder, family owned and operated. At KLM we now have the ability to design home plans as well as build homes for our customers. We feel that since technology is advancing everyday then so should the architecture of our homes. This is why we have started offering what we call Hill Country Contemporary homes at affordable prices. This means that your home will have a timeless look, contemporary flair, and an affordable price tag. We saw the demand for contemporary homes in Austin, but the everyday person couldn't afford them. This is where we step in, using "commonly available construction techniques" to give the look and feel of a very nice contemporary home, but at a price where it can be available to anyone. We also realize that not everyone wants a "modern looking" home. We also seek to bring classic design homes into the modern age by integrating key details that aren't edgy, but noticeably up to date.
