Legacy was founded in 2005 by brothers Chris and Tom Yaroscak, the sons of an exceptional residential architect. My review is simple - Legacy Construction is the best builder I've ever encountered, hands down. They have decades of experience with a deep network of skilled subcontractors that can build anything. Tom and Chris are top level professionals, with a refined system in place. They take pride in "doing things right" and meeting their clients' needs and expectations, always with quality craftsmanship. Thorough planning is one of their many strengths and it shows. They are also highly flexible and reliable. They recently built a home for me - from scratch, through planning, design, permitting and construction - and I cannot say enough good things about the work they did. Hiring them is the best decision you can make!

Their work on our house has won multiple awards. They researched the pros and cons of every choice we considered, and provided us with the information to make the choices that were right for us. Even with the work on the house complete, they continue to provide maintenance services. Cannot recommend them enough.

I work for a security, fire and camera company that services high-end clients. While we are typically contracted by the homeowner, we have worked on many projects over the years with Legacy. They are a quality company with knowledgeable staff and are very responsive to any questions that arise over the course of the project. When I return at the end of the projects to show our mutual client how to use the alarm system, I always ask how their project went overall. All comments have been positive.

Chris and his team have provided timely, efficient service and construction for me on a number of occasions. Their work is performed efficiently and cleanly and most important, when a problem after the completion of the job arises they are always there to make the necessary corrections. I've known them for years and will continue to use them anytime I need work done at the house. Chris built the house years ago and most recently renovated the entire master bath and surrounding area. I think so much of him that we have on occasion discussed forming a joint venture to build homes in the Armonk area. This is a quality firm and highly recommended.

There are not words sufficient enough to describe the level of work, integrity, accuracy, caring, and expertise used for this job- it was out of state, and fraught with difficulty. There is nothing that stopped Legacy from giving me the home of my dreams. Obstacles were the norm, the area in which I was doing a huge renovation had strict codes and difficulties that outweighed anything expected . Yet Legacy persevered, regardless. They gave me comfort in knowing they were always on top of even the most difficult situation. In the end I was absolutely blown away by their perseverance and professionalism. I cannot even imagine a team that I would recommend more.
