Lifestyles builds a beautiful home. Fantastic workmanship and attention to detail. House of Lights and Bolt Technologies were a pleasure to work with. Peay Electric was very good and responded quickly to issues we had after we moved in. We only had four issues with subcontractors that could have been handled better. 1. Propane tank. We hired Dial Duron to do all the gas plumbing and bury the propane tank. They stopped burying tanks during COVID and did not tell us. We did not find out about it from our project supervisor until one week before closing. Consequently, we were unable to move into the house for four months waiting on propane in order to have hot water. 2. Countertops. Our breakfast nook countertop was the wrong color. We notified the project supervisor and Hammond Kitchens when the countertop was first put in. They did not replace it until we held up closing 4 months later to have it changed out. Also, we asked for the leather side on our outdoor kitchen but there was no place on the drawing to signify what finish we wanted. We had to accept the polished side. 3. Landscaping. I would never use East Coast Irrigation again. From the start, we did not feel like the customer. It was difficult to get what we wanted instead of what they had available. We had to go find our own pottery pots for the bougainvillea. The sod was put down in late June with no irrigation for a week. It is still a mess in October. The shrubs are mostly dying or dead. The hibiscus tree is bug infested and will probably not recover. Like I said, I would never go to them again. 4. Intercoastal Pool. A nice pool design, just poor workmanship and slow to respond to punch out list items despite several phone calls and emails. It’s been Five months since they got paid and we still have one item to fix. (this is not a Lifestyle issue, just an advisement since we picked the pool company from their list).

Lifestyle Homes built our house a few years again and I couldn't be happier with the result or the process! I had been through remodeling projects before working with contractors and was expecting to have to micro-manage everything but our PM Tom was amazing and caught every detail before I even did! Great quality construction, wonderful people, and smooth building. I highly recommend!

Thanks to Lifestyle Homes I just wanted to say that Lifestyle Homes staff did a great job in helping design and put together our beautiful home. It took a little longer to complete due to Covid-19 issues and supply chain but in the end it was well worth it. The Lifestyle Homes staff have put together a group of quality subcontractors that take pride in their work and it shows in the final product. I know from being in the building industry from the insurance claims side that not all subcontractors are equal. I also know without the proper supervision sometimes even the best subcontractors can become complacent. I must commend Dan Coe on his part as he was on top of the building quality every step of the way. Not only is he outstanding at his Job as the building supervisor he has a great personality to deal with people. Again thanks for everything Dan and Diane Cox

Lifestyle built our home on our lot. It was a great experience working with them. We signed the contract in May 2019. We had some issues with City of Melbourne for the utility easement. Lifestyle helped a lot dealing with City of Melbourne for getting the permit. We are very happy with our new house. Quality of the material and workmanship is excellent. Design team and supervisor are great. Highly recommend Lifestyle Builder!

We love our Lifestyle home! We will never build without them. Everyone from the sales center, design center and our superintendent were awesome! Do yourself a favor and use them if you’re in the market for a new home. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I are 4 months shy of our 2 year anniversary of living in our Lifestyle home. We waited this long to do this review so people would know that even after all this time - we are still so extremely happy with our house. I can tell you without hesitation, hiring them to build for us was one of the best decisions we ever made. When we meet our superintendent Mark Carabia we knew we were matched with the best person for us. He made the stressful building process as good as one could expect. We were at our job site almost daily and Mark was always available to hear our concerns and addressed them quickly and professionally. We’ve had several friends that built their homes with other large area builders (Indian River County) have some seriously bad experiences. They’ve had contractors in there homes for months after closing to fix things. They’ve all commented on how excellent the quality of our finished product seemed compared to theirs. We would highly recommend Lifestyle Homes to anyone in this area.

We had a great experience with LifeStyle Homes. From the moment we stepped into the St. Martin Model during Parade of Homes in 2019, we knew we wanted to be a part of the LifeStyle family. When you choose to build a house, people who have done it before love to tell you horror stories about slipped timelines and delinquent contractors. As first time home builders, we assumed ours would be no different. From our first design appointment to move in day, I'm pleased to say we were wrong. Our super, Dan was incredibly professional and efficient. He runs a tight ship and keeps things moving. Everyone we worked with on the team was friendly, professional, and responsive. Our Experience with Life Style Homes was amazing!! They were on top of everything and it only took a few months until our custom home came to life!! The girls in the office amazingly helped me bring my vision to fruitation!!! If we were to build again we would be right back to Life Style Homes!! Dan Coe our supervisor was amazing. Made building our dream home easy. Attention detail was amazing. Sub-contractors were top notch and very friendly. My wife and I couldn’t be any more happy. If we ever build again we would definitely go with lifestyle. During our build Dan NEVER missed an Email, an add on, and addressed every concern. They broke ground October 31, 2019 and we moved in April 22,2020. Thanks Dan Coe.
