Lou Gonzalez is a true professional. He studied the building plans for an addition to my house that I had an architect draw. He had subcontractors evaluate costs for each trade - concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, sheetrock, roofing, windows and doors, painting, etc. he estimated time and materials and provided me with an overall cost and timeline. As it came time for fixtures, type tiling and flooring, I picked out the materials. The project was done in 2015. Since I was up north during construction, he provided both visual and oral updates throughout the construction period. The project was beyond the timeline by a few weeks due to an architectural error, but Lou was able to resolve the problem onsite after consulting the architect and truss builder. The work quality was outstanding and he paid great attention to detail. After completion, he returned a few times for tiny details and to make sure I was completely satisfied. The project was not inexpensive but it added over 800 sq. ft. of living space. Unfortunately, there are no photos available to send at this time.

My experience with LRG General Contracting was a good one. Lou is a perfectionist in his work. With Lou their is only one way to do the job - the right way. He will NOT take shortcuts. As in my case with these older homes in Florida you never know what you are going to find when you start a job and that has to be mentioned up front & taken into consideration along with cost. Lou comes a little pricey but you will get a top notch / expert job when completed. To round it out Lou is professional, quite knowledgeable, and completed job within stated time frame.
