Anyone who gets to work with Levi is in for a treat. Besides being incredibly hardworking, attention oriented and his work being impeccable, he’s also honest. He will tell you how much things cost upfront. He has an amazing team of people that he has known for a long time, who work just as hard as him and who I felt comfortable being in my home and around my family. Levi manages to balance all of the big personalities that go into building a home (all the way to the architect down to my neighbors). He made building a home an incredibly enjoyable experience and couldn’t recommend him more highly.

A contractor that keeps his word! We have completed a few DIY projects ourselves over the years but when we needed to do our first remodel of a bathroom in our cottage, we feel very fortunate that we found him. We can’t say enough about his professionalism, his creativity, his follow up with subs and above all his ability to work within budget. So much so that when we went full remodel years later, we knew his team was our best option. He is young, but wise beyond his years.

As a business consultant I've work with hundreds of contractors over the years. The number one problem in construction is generally communication. Powell construction is one of the best companies at communication that I've ever found. Weather is communicating with the architect, communing with the subcontractor or the client everyone is well informed. So if you want your project on time and on budget and know exactly what's happening all the time there's no better choice in Powell construction. I highly recommend Powell construction if you're an architect or homeowner.
