Poythress build our townhome and it is beautiful, well built, custom for sure. Building a home is one thing for Poythress, but maintaining the homes they don't sell, they keep and rent in your neighborhood, they look awful. They do not maintain the outside of the several townhomes they built in our community, and it was requested of them from the association to replace a full dead yard with new grass (each home, we have several), they refuse to do it. Purchase or have them build a home and move on is great! Having them own homes in your neighborhood is a disaster, they have ruined the look of our neighborhood. Shame on them for this. If integrity is what they claim, this I would have to question, slumlords is what they are! Integrity would mean they cared for their homes and the neighborhoods they were in. They would work to fix up their homes in our otherwise beautiful little neighborhood.

Poythress Homes did a great job in remodeling our kitchen. They were very professional, detailed oriented, and courteous throughout the projects. The end result was phenomenal! We are still in awe with our new kitchen, enjoying it everyday and thankful in being able to host big groups of friends on many occasions. We have received many compliments.
