Res Com came highly recommended to us after completing our daughter’s attic into a beautiful 2 bedroom, bathroom and game room a few years ago. After seeing the very high standard they achieved, we knew we would be using them for our bathroom renovations, and the quality and workmanship is perfect. Each sub contractor came exactly when expected and stayed until finished, cleaning before leaving. Miquel, the project manager was on top of every detail, making sure we were happy with each stage of the project. A big thank you to George and Paul who helped us see many ideas we wouldn’t have thought of. This was a very positive experience and a beautiful end result we are so very happy with.

Blake and the entire team at Res Com made our home project as smooth as possible! They came in and did a complete overhaul of our primary bath as well as some major tilework in our kitchen and around our fireplace. Both turned out better than we could imagine! They were extremely professional and efficient getting the work done on schedule and on budget. We would highly recommend using Res Com to our family, friends and neighbors as we will be using them in the near future.

This is the second time we have used Res Com Custom Builders for remodeling our home. In 2019, they installed a stone wall and electric fireplace in our Family Room, and we were so pleased we retained them for a complete renovation of our Master Bath this year. My wife is an Interior Designer and she provided the design for the remodel, and it was executed to perfection by the Res Com team. All of the sub-contractors used were professional and friendly, and we could not be more pleased with the results. As with any major renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Paul and our project manager Blake, worked through them with us to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them for your next project.

My family partnered with ResCom to undergo a major remodel to a historic home in the Sugar Land area and could not have been more satisfied. The question your asking yourself is who can I trust to get what I want out of a build. Whether it be a Remodel, or brand new home build from the ground up. I can say that I vetted several contractors and Paul stood out from all of them. Why? he asked the right questions he listened to what I wanted and understood I had a budget and worked very hard to stay in that budget. Communication is key with your contractor, Yes things don't go right that's just how things are but Paul always fixed or reassured they were on top of it. Paul and his team did a wonderful job on my home remodel. I loved the work they did and couldn't of asked for a better group of guys to take that journey with as stressful as it was they helped me and did a great job!

Res Com renovated my mother's house that was built in 1981 that I converted into a rental property. George and his crew are very professional and timely. George is excellent at keeping to the budget that is set and also help in making decisions that is best for the project. The project started in Jan 2020 and completed in early March 2020 which is what George predicted, 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Res Com Custom Builders!!!

Res Com just recently completed an enlargement of my back patio, completed my outdoor kitchen and built a separate outbuilding that includes an office, shop and garage. They did an AMAZING job and I cannot thank them enough for the quality work AND the new friendship with the team!

Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.
