River City Custom Homes

Our experience with River City Custom Homes was exceptional from start to finish! They have numerous floor plans from which to choose and we found one that included one of our requirements – a spacious, formal dining room. We were graciously invited to tour an existing home of the plan we were considering and to see the quality of workmanship that we could expect. When we discussed the possibility of moving some doors, converting a porch into an office, and adding built-in shelving for books (among other customizations), they were happy to accommodate us. RCCH is to be commended for their exceptional communication throughout the entire purchase, planning and building process! It is because of this ongoing communication that we were made to feel like “family” rather than just clients. We highly recommend River City Custom Homes!

We built a home with River City Custom Homes. I'll give them a 10/10 for marketing, and a 4/10 for execution. They are a lot more expensive than other builders in the area, but we were ok with paying extra as long as it was done right. We deeply regret spending so much on this home because at the end of the day, this company used the same sloppy sub contractors as everyone else.

I love everything about our home! Sure the selections we picked our are a part of it, but in addition to all the flair what makes our home even more special is knowing the quality of the people that built our house, the quality of the vendors and all the post closing care. We looked and met with other builders, but River City won us over with their passion and dedication to making a high quality CUSTOM product! When we are ready to build again- it will be with River City!

I have collaborated on several designs for River City Custom Homes. They are always a pleasure to work with. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They provide a quality product at a competitive cost and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home in the area.

River City built our dream home. They were willing to customize anything we wanted. We began with one of their plans and then moved walls, changed doorways, added a sunroom, etc. Not only were they professional, they were fun to work with. How many people can say that building a house was fun? We’ve been in the house for 9 months now. We will do another walk through soon, so any small items can be corrected, but I know that if something were to arise, River City will correct the issue. They also work with quality vendors for cabinets, flooring, stone, tile, lighting, appliances, etc. Our home was finished on time. I highly recommend River City.
