We contracted with Peter Swerz to supervise three bathroom remodels. The workmanship of his subcontractors was excellent. Peter checked in almost daily and was readily available to troubleshoot, answer questions, and to provide ideas on the project. Although the project took much longer due to availability of tradesman due to covid, patience prevailed and we have three lovely bathrooms which we will enjoy for years to come.

I recently hired Peter for a major home renovation involving extensive contruction and thoughtful planning. Peter was thoroughly involved from start to finish.
