We have worked with our designer and Vision Pacific to make some important and detailed improvements to the inside of our house, inserted a lovely hot tub outside and are beginning to build a fabulous guest house over what is now rough and treed terrain. Vision has provided amazing knowledge, contacts within city hall to facilitate approval of our project, manpower for all levels of tasks and wonderful project managers. Vision has also been available for questions and urgent matters which needed fixing.

We highly recommend Vision Pacific for a high end build in Whistler. Tim and crew were attentive, efficient, honest and transparent with numbers. We felt that they were our partners, not our contractors, as they genuinely cared about the quality of the build, time of delivery and also went out of the way to speak to the muni, neighbours and others to make sure our build was accepted by everyone in all aspects. Tim also spent a lot of hours trying to solve a problem which we didn't anticipate in the land of our build, which he later confessed ran a bit out of hand but had no intention to bill us as he was trying to help, sympathising us as we got stressed by it. A shout out to Tim, Jim and Khan for being really good and nice people to work with, bearing with us on our time difference (from Asia), our frequent requests and changes in specs! I can't believe I am saying this but though project overran in time and money, I will choose them again for my next projects. Definitely one of the best in town.
