We put off this kitchen project for some time waiting for Dean and Scott to become available. We had seen Dean's work before and were so impressed we were willing to wait. We are so glad we did! Zamkro build a cabin that excited all my expectations. The quality and attention to detail are first rate. Dean kept me updated daily with emails, texts and photos. They were on the job site daily and kept a close eye on any sub contractors they utilized. Which by the way, were as professional and Zamkro. If you are looking to build something that you can be proud of I would recommend Zamkro without reservation. I could not be more happy with the final product!

Using Dean Kroll and ZAMKRO for our complete kitchen remodel was the best decision we have ever made. Dean is a true professional who treats your property like it is his very own. Zamkro is by far the BEST company to work with! Our home is a 200-year-old farmhouse. We had taken down 75% of the home and added a beautiful family room with a fireplace enlarge kitchen, new bathroom and a loft office, and raised patio so so much more. Having a background for years in the building trades and as a building inspector, I have come across some wonderful, quality projects so I can relate to what it takes. Switching gears a few years ago to being a photographer for builders, developers, architects, interior designers and realtors, I have had the opportunity to photograph outstanding work and high quality. Add this to the fact that I have known Dean for many years and taught him in his first Construction class in college, as well as photographing some of his projects, I can attest to the fact that his professionalism, attention to details and quality coupled with outstanding customer service puts him in a group that is a cut above the rest.

My review of Zamkro homes and their work is bar none the best. They were totally professional from start to finish with never having to worry about anything during our kitchen/dining room remodel. A fabulous builder. Quality all the way. We have been in our house for over three years, and we love it. Zamkro Development went above and beyond on every square inch. The builder didn't cut corners. This builder takes great pride in his work, and it really shows. There has been very little wrong with the house, and the minor issues were addressed by the builder immediately. We have owned seven homes over 25 years, and this one is by far the very best. On top of everything else, the builder is an honest, ethical businessman. We still cannot believe that we own this beautiful home, and are happy every single day that we picked this builder. Do yourself a favor, and give the build contract to Zamkro Development.
